I had tried every diet that didn't work. Hubby and I tried this plan and it was a game charger. You are eating good healthy food 😋. There is a lot of cooking involved for those that love to cook but you can make it and freeze your meals. I lost 25lbs and hubby lost 35! Not to mention you just feel so good eating healthy! Absolutely hands down would recommend the 10 day cleanse program to anyone that is attempting to eliminate toxins, inflammation and wants to heal and repair hormones imbalance.

Even on this program, I struggle to lose weight. Old body, slower metabolism. However, the shakes make it possible to stay on program. Particularly with the 30 minute requirement to eat after getting up in the morning. Helps that I think they taste good!
