It was easy to move through the site to determine what products I wanted to order. It seemed difficult to review my order before hitting the submit button. So I actually stopped and restarted my order to take extra care that I was ordering the correct merchandise.

Customer service is excellent. Products were unable to be delivered to an incomplete address ( my fault) and I received an immediate response to rectify it. Products cam quickly after I reached out.

This “diet” is not a quick fix-it is a better way of eating to live your life. While I still have more weight to lose, Haylie’s book, her app. ,her website, and Facebook groups have made me feel like I am surrounded with positive support!

I've almost always had weight struggles. My weight tends to be stable but at different periods of my life it has crept up to 15 lbs. overweight. The Fast Metabolism Diet really does seem to work like some kind of magic! You do have to be organized in your food shopping because you have to be prepared to have breakfast early and snacks throughout the day, but if you do that and stay on track, you WILL drop weight. That’s why I have come to rely on the shakes. They are Phase specific and only require water, so they are an easy timesaver that, also, helps keep you on the plan. My mom and I are on the plan together and we are both so thrilled with the results. She’s 78 and has been unsuccessful with her old weight loss tricks and I’m in perimenopause and weight loss has been nearly impossible for me, too. We are forever grateful to Hayley for her incredible plan. Oh…and this should not be an afterthought…we FEEL so much better and healthier!!!
