Easy online order process . Arrived a week before initial estimate when ordered .

Very happy with the Hatteras Hammock. The quilting provides a comfortable resting spot. The spreader bars allow for a very easy entrance to and from the hammock.

Great quality

Very good quality material. Easy online ordering. Fast shipping. Easy to hang. Very happy with purchase.

You shipped the wrong size.

Received it very quickly

Great as always

This is our 6th swing chair. Everyone fought over the 2 so bought 4 more. High quality built. Highly highly recommended. A+

No problems there

Fast delivery and easy to order.

Easy to order, and shipping was super fast. I’m very satisfied.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my replacement cushion and when I called they were so helpful with a return and replacement. It arrived very quickly too. It’s the most comfortable swing ever too! I’ve had one for years. This cushion goes great with our new paint color too!

Spoke with a cordial and informative young lady on the phone for guidance in selecting the best hammock(soft weave) for my use and the Florida climate. No pressure at all. Considered my options and placed my order on line 2 days later. Shipping was fast and boxed nicely. A pleasure doing business with such a wonderful company.

The pins were nice. Delivery took longer than expected.

It looks great

Quick delivery!

You did well Hatteras. You did well. Really fighting the urge to buy one of your swinging chairs. A nice 30% might just push me

Hope to love this hammock as much as the exact same one it replaces (after nearly 17 years)👍

The last chair swing i bought from you lasted over 20 year, I wont live another 20 years but i know whoever inherits it will love it as much as i have. Thanks

Great replacement part!
