We have very positive experience with Hatteras hammocks. Three different ones over the past 30 years. All very high quality, hold up well, and are a pleasure to use. Easy to clean and store. One can definitely see and appreciate the quality advantage of Hatteras vs other brands. The order and selection process was easy, delivery was very fast, and we appreciated the free shipping.

The delivery was fine. Disappointed in the fabric. Very thin.

Took a while to ship and it had some weird wax on it, but it got here in decent shape.
