Awesome hammock. My second one. Had first for 25 years until mice got into it. Very comfy and easy to get in and out of. Love it

Item Came promptly and fixed the problem

Quick service with an adequate box used for shipping. Overall I would order again.

The quality of the soft weave hammock and pillow were great. Unfortunately the navy colors were different. They did compensate us with a very small discount but a bit of a bummer.

Everything came promptly as advertised and worked like a charm

Shipping and service was perfect

I cannot remember how many years ago I purchased my Hatteras Hammock. Thinking back it’s be over 20 years ago. The quality is outstanding. Not sun fading, no ripped seams, frayed ropes or any sign of damage.

Parts came faster than I expected and were exactly what I ordered.

Thank you for a beautiful product

Great chair. Awful assembly instructions. Should make the single swing and double swing chairs in the same prints. I hope the two new ones I bought last as long as my previous chairs which lasted 25 and 23 years.

Such a great product and such a great company to work with.

Couldn't find any s-hooks to fit (and be durable enough) to work on our 25-year-old hammock stand. Took a shot on these and am really happy. Not only are they strong and durable, but they look good. Ordering was easy and delivery was a pretty quick. Thanks from Oregon!

Great product, shipped fast!

I called the local outlet and she was able to find me the part that I needed so that I ordered the correct part!

Looks amazing! Great quality.

Amazing feel, construction and comfort is second to none. The most relaxing swing ever. Highly recommend.

Good advice to help me clean a Sunberlla fabric that was badly stained.

I’ve been a loyal Hatteras Hammock owner since the mid-90s. My original cotton rope hammock lasted nearly three decades with basic care. Unfortunately, the modern replacement has been a major disappointment. The Issues - Material Stretch: The new synthetic rope is far too stretchy. Even on a standard stand, the occupant sinks nearly to the ground, making it difficult to get in and out. Poor Durability: While my old cotton version lasted decades, this new material began disintegrating after just one season. Finish Quality: The stain on the wooden spreader bars peeled and faded within a single year. ⭐ Key Takeaway: I’m not looking for a refund, but I wanted to share that the current materials don't live up to the brand's legacy. It simply isn't the same high-quality product it used to be.

Quick shipping

Great product and have been a returning customer for many years.
