I accidentally ordered the wrong size for my replacement cushion and when I called they were so helpful with a return and replacement. It arrived very quickly too. It’s the most comfortable swing ever too! I’ve had one for years. This cushion goes great with our new paint color too!

Excellent service. I received my order the following day after placing it.

I replaced the cushion on my 12 year old double swing, which I LOVE. It isn’t as soft as the original cushion and it cost as much as the original whole swing, but it seems well made and was delivered as promised. If it lasts another 12 years, it will be money well spent.

All ham ox should come with a pillow.

I cannot recommend the quality, workmanship and durability of these hammocks highly enough. I just replaced one that I have had for almost 30 years. It finally just wore out and began the give way at the seams, but that was after many years of use, wear, kids bouncing on it, and always being outside in the elements. You can't buy many things this day that can provide that kind of quality. I chose the quilted again because it's so wide and comfortable. It shipped right out and I had it within days. If you're in the market for a hammock, a Hatteras Hammock will be the best purchase you ever made!
