I ordered a mini and it took 2 weeks before it even shipped. So total of 3 weeks to receive it. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had issues. The wrong product was shipped not once, but twice, and I had to call to get it resolved. I would expect Gray Malin as a brand to have excellent customer service

Unfortunately, the current experience has not been great. I recently purchased 2 pieces of art during the most recent tent sale. One print arrived completely damaged (have yet to receive a refund), and one print never arrived (refund received). I immediately contacted customer service, I was informed that there was a website error which allowed me to purchase the print although there were no more available in stock. The damaged artwork has yet to be refunded. The customer service representative asked for photos. Once denting them in both a word doc and embedded emails, I have not received any feedback on confirmation of receipt.
