I love any and all my Gray Malin!!!! And had a few issues and customer service has been fantastic!

Terrible customer service. I tried to return my piece the day I received it. It says on the site you have 5 days to return it with a full refund. I emailed 4 times and I left severely messages. They never responded to me with return instructions. I now have a dispute with my credit card company.

Photo arrived damaged. I returned via Fedex for replacement, but haven't received new photo or even shipment info.

The framed photos were perfect. The photos of Capri look amazing in the bathroom and really bring the room together

Great customer service

The print came damaged from shipping. I was extremely disappointed but have not had the chance to write this until now. I had to rip off the brown paper on the back to fix it as best I could. The staples I had to bend back were surprisingly small and clearly did not stand up to shipping. I got it fixed as best I could and then hung it up, but it is definitely not flush on the top side. I'm a local teacher and a single dad, so this was a big purchase for me and I am left disappointed.

I reported that the frame for my picture had a defect. While I was contacted quickly and several times, a solution has yet to be communicated.

Beautiful puzzle that was very challenging to solve. The customer service from Gray Malin was superb.

Pictures are great, but arrived damaged and not on our doorstep, but down the street on the ground! I submitted a complaint. The carrier was FedEx. They do a horrible job. I won't order again until I can have UPS deliver.

My order was sent to the wrong house . I notified Gray Malin right away and got an auto email back with no resolution of the issue . I have sent two more emails and again only an auto response with no replacement order . I am disappointed with the lack of response to this problem .

I sent an email about my minis having no signature, stamp, sticker, receipt . . No way to identify it as Gray Malin. I gave these as wedding gifts but and if I had known earlier I wouldn’t. .

I love the photos, but did not appreciate how they were mailed to me. They were rolled so tightly that it was very difficult to unroll them without bending the edges. Given the level of investment in these photos, I would have thought more care would have been taken in the way they were packaged.

I've ordered 4 pieces of art over the last few years from the store and the first 3 were great! This last one was a bit of a disappointment. The art usually comes in plastic, in the specialized box that stabilizes the art. This time my piece came without the plastic and the frame was scuffed. It wasn't enough for me to go through the hassle of replacing it (and I haven't had time to use my magic eraser to see if I can buff out the scuffs), but it was noticeable. There was a noticeable lack of care this time.

I don’t like the fact that I can’t use my points I’ve earned when you’re also having some time of promotion.
