Beautiful puzzle that was very challenging to solve. The customer service from Gray Malin was superb.

My order was sent to the wrong house . I notified Gray Malin right away and got an auto email back with no resolution of the issue . I have sent two more emails and again only an auto response with no replacement order . I am disappointed with the lack of response to this problem .

I sent an email about my minis having no signature, stamp, sticker, receipt . . No way to identify it as Gray Malin. I gave these as wedding gifts but and if I had known earlier I wouldn’t. .

I love the photos, but did not appreciate how they were mailed to me. They were rolled so tightly that it was very difficult to unroll them without bending the edges. Given the level of investment in these photos, I would have thought more care would have been taken in the way they were packaged.

I've ordered 4 pieces of art over the last few years from the store and the first 3 were great! This last one was a bit of a disappointment. The art usually comes in plastic, in the specialized box that stabilizes the art. This time my piece came without the plastic and the frame was scuffed. It wasn't enough for me to go through the hassle of replacing it (and I haven't had time to use my magic eraser to see if I can buff out the scuffs), but it was noticeable. There was a noticeable lack of care this time.

I don’t like the fact that I can’t use my points I’ve earned when you’re also having some time of promotion.

The photos are beautiful and arrived just as described. Everything was packaged carefully and ensured it arrived in perfect condition.

I ordered a framed print before Memorial Day, and the print arrived quickly, but the frame was damaged. I emailed customer service, and they sent me a replacement frame which arrived two weeks later. The replacement frame arrived and was also damaged. I called customer service about it, and they offered to send me another replacement. The second replacement arrived and was ALSO damaged. I've now received three frames from Gray Malin, all of which were damaged. I wouldn't accept this kind of quality if I was buying $20 framed prints from IKEA. I certainly won't accept this quality if I'm paying hundreds of dollars for a framed print from Gray Malin. This was the first of many planned purchases I was hoping to make from GM, and I doubt that I'll be a repeat customer.

Y’all were wonderful. The day you were shipping the picture we ordered you announced a 30 % off sale. I contacted you and you honored the sale for my purchase. FedEx was another story. We were out of town when they delivered the picture. They needed a signature. I called FedEx and had them hold it until we got back in town. Some days passed and fed ex called and said I needed to contact them or they were sending the picture back. I called them the day they called and got an extension. We got back into town and went to the FedEx location they were holding it. When we got there they said it was at another FedEx location. We went there and they said they shipped it back. We explained we got an extension, we even had a new number for the extension. They didn’t want to hear it and said there should have been better communication. I’m not sure what we could of done more. I had it held and then I called for an extension. We have a call into you about the situation. We will have it shipped to my husband’s office when you ship it again so this doesn’t happen again. Frustrating.

Great quality. Amazing picture. Looking forward to hanging it up. And the pride donation was the cherry on top.
