This is my second purchase. However this purchase was a gift for my niece. I filled out your online gift form when I made my purchase only to find out it doesn't work. Please contact me directly. I have attempted to reach the customer service group 5 times regarding an issue with our order. Each time I get an automated response. I have sent now three separate emails directly to the original order confirmation as directed and continue to get the same automated response.
