Please contact me directly. I have attempted to reach the customer service group 5 times regarding an issue with our order. Each time I get an automated response. I have sent now three separate emails directly to the original order confirmation as directed and continue to get the same automated response.

I’ve purchased five pieces (all of which include my Dalmatian!) and the service has been great! I continue to enjoy the emails sharing Gray’s latest adventures. Come back to Santa Barbara soon!

I ordered a mini and it took 2 weeks before it even shipped. So total of 3 weeks to receive it. Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had issues. The wrong product was shipped not once, but twice, and I had to call to get it resolved. I would expect Gray Malin as a brand to have excellent customer service
