I recently bought two parts and when i received them one them didnt fit so i called customer service number at different times during the day that was on my invoice no answer no help whatsoever. The text service feature cant answer a simple question. I run a shop so time is very important for us so i just ended up buying a part from a different vendor here locally.

Easy to order and AMAZING customer service. I ordered from the system specs and was later contacted by a representative that informed me that my vin matched another key part instead and let me know so I could adjust the order. They helped me get the right part! I did not expect this, but really appreciated it. I got the key programmed and it worked like a charm.
