Easy to order and AMAZING customer service. I ordered from the system specs and was later contacted by a representative that informed me that my vin matched another key part instead and let me know so I could adjust the order. They helped me get the right part! I did not expect this, but really appreciated it. I got the key programmed and it worked like a charm.

I ordered Tire Pressure Sensors from GM Parts Direct using Make, Model & Year. I was given 2 options and selected the lower cost TPMS. Placed in CART and there it was confirmed that they fit my vehicle. Once installed they didn't work, wrong frequency. Contacted customer service and they blamed everything but themselves.
