The Positive: You had the wheel I needed, The price was reasonable (about $150 less including shipping) compared to buying at a local dealer. The wheel was packaged well and arrived in perfect condition. The not so good: The website indicated the wheel was in stock and items normally shipped within 2 to 3 days. The order was placed on January 30. After a week, I checked on the website and the order was still "IN Process" I got on the Chat and asked why the status was still in process. I was told that the rim was indeed in stock but needed to be transferred from another warehouse. No idea when it would be shipped. Another week goes by and no change to the order status I was told this through chat was being elevated to customer service. I was "promised" customer service would contact us at least 3 or four days in a row. No contact. I was beginning to wonder if you even had a customer service department. Finally received an Email to sign up with customer service and finally the product shipped.

It has been 8 days since I placed my order and I still have NOTHING. No shipment. No tracking. No real answers. They don’t even have a working phone number, so you’re forced to use their online chat. When I finally got someone, I was told the item would ship “shortly. ” Now suddenly they claim they had to special order it from GM? Are you kidding me? The website clearly showed it as IN STOCK when I ordered it, and I was told it was in stock at the time of purchase. So which is the truth? They can’t provide an actual shipping date — just vague promises. When I demanded to cancel because of the delays and obvious misinformation, I was told I can’t cancel because it’s “about to ship. ” Convenient. This feels completely dishonest and misleading. Terrible communication, zero accountability, and some of the worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. Buyers beware — I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Overall dissatisfied. Especially with communication. Never recieved a single confirmation email regarding my order or after a live chat interaction. Live chat support was the only line of communication, however every interaction ended in false hope.

I placed an order for my parts and didn’t find out until a week or two later that nothing had been processed for delivery because Jason was out of the office due to the weather. I find it hard to believe that only one person handles orders, especially when there should be multiple staff members reviewing and pushing orders through. This delay caused me to pay additional fees for my vehicle maintenance. On top of that, I was later told that the parts I originally ordered were incorrect, and the correct parts would take another 48 hours to arrive because they weren’t in stock. This created even more delays and additional costs for me. Overall, the company did not uphold its shipping policy, and the entire experience has been frustrating and costly. I won’t be ordering from this company again.
