Ordered the part, didn't hear anything for a week. Submitted a question about the order, all I got was an account setup request. It said order was processing, then the part shipped the following week. Haven't received the part yet, but not impressed with the service so far. Luckily, the unit was not down.

I am having little success at returning the wrong item that was sent to me.

I was very excited when I found this emblem kit because I’ve been wanting black Chevy badges since I’ve bought my car and didn’t want to have someone paint them as I felt after time they might look bad. I checked everything with my VIN and the site said it was compatible, however after receiving them the front emblem is smaller than the original gold one. I’ve been scared to put them on since I got them because I don’t know that it would work with my car. I’m so upset and don’t want to risk damaging something and not be able to return them. I was also unable to find any reviews about this to hopefully guide me on the issue. Kind of sad when you make sure to match your VIN and expect one thing but get another when you’ve waited so long to do it.

I looked up online for the parts I needed. I gave my VIN, so they could check to make sure that I ordered the parts that would actually be correct. It turned out that the parts I ordered were not correct, so I got an email letting me know and the correct parts were shipped out to me. The service that I got was outstanding. If not for their double check, I would have the wrong parts and would have to return them and hunt for the right stuff. I will be using them again for all my genuine GM parts.

Customer service is terrible. I made a purchase a few days ago and have only received an order number; I’ve tried contacting the site via email, phone, and text messages, but no one responds. I’m starting to think the site is a scam.
