Using the year, make, model, and engine have me the wrong part number. It costs more to ship the unused part back than it cost to buy it, especially when shipping to me is figured in. It'll sit in a box in my garage until it goes in the trash.

The customer service was terrible. The parts came in one month after they were ordered. I tried to cancel after two weeks because I did not get any updates and they said that they would charge me. Do not recommend!

Took way to long.

Order sat "in progress" for two weeks until I sent an email asking for an explanation for the delay or a refund to go elsewhere, as my wipers desperately need replaced. Only then was my order shipped and my card charged, and still no explanation was provided for the delay. I'm very disappointed with the service, and will be shopping elsewhere if I possibly can.
