As a returning customer I am very happy that Flow Automotive/GM Parts Direct has been there with parts I have needed to keep my 2013 Silverado in great condition. This time they checked with me on a part by verifying my vin number as the original part number is no longer available. I am always grateful when a company goes to this level of service saving both of us time and in some cases expense. Changing the window switch and modulator made possible. I highly recommend them not only for having the GM parts needed but, the level of service is well above par.

The service is super but it takes a long time for the item to actually ship out. I'm very happy to use them but not if I'm in a hurry for the part. I will continue to order from Parts Direct just not if I want it quick.
