Wrong part not happy!

Took 3 weeks just to arrive. Ordered from different supplier and received in 2 days. I had canceled my order but GM still sent it out, seems "Fishy"

Lied about inventory and estimated eta, in stock items were not in stock. Severely overcharged for shipping and when I found out you don’t have it I stock and can’t get them to me by the date I paid for and needed them you told me it’s 35. % to cancel on a item you didn’t even ship to me yet. That’s false advertising and extortion of your customers. ( lie about a product in inventory, lie about ship times and eta, customer finds out and then you want 35% to Cancel an item you don’t even have in stock and haven’t shipped yet) it’s about as scummy of thing you can do as a business)

It was easy to accept the payment, but hard to get in touch with anyone. Phone rings off the hook, and the voicemail is full

Ordered my part two days later it still hadn’t shipped. I canceled order through chat. It was confirmed two days after that it shipped. I contacted again emailed support five days after that. I received the part emailed support again zero response from the team. It’s just a cash grab business they don’t answer emails zero I had the part next day from O’Reillys with free shipping. This place is terrible.

I ordered close to 7000$ worth of parts. I have received only one of them after waiting close to 2 months. I sent emails and tried to call for 7 days straight and have received zero replies. I am disappointed and disgusted and the lack of customer support. This is a big order and you would think that the supplier would atleast pick up the phone or get back to my emails. But I have received no information or replies on where my order is. Extremely disappointed at the lack of support and manners this company has. FYI I have been stuck without a car because of this for the past 2 months.

Had to modify to fit. Had to break off the tabs because they were facing the wrong way. And I did use the VIN number to order.
