Love how they went you to match the vin. It saves a lot of time and error. No one does that and you think you have the right part and it’s all downhill from there.

Perfect fitment . They caught an ordering mistake on my part . Fixed it before sending part . Not everyone does that . Very impressed with service .

I wanted the center grill chevrolet emblem...they sent a little 4 inch emblem. Over $100!! Their site needs upgraded. I noticed I wasn't the only one that this happened to!!

I was able to order the exact part needed and I received it very quickly

Did not receive what I purchased wrong quantity sent

Took almost 3weeks till the order shipped out. Tracking says coming tomorrow. Outrageous shipping charge.

I ordered a part wrong, they are quick to handle my issue. Sent me the link to the return authorization form. Hopefully this is fixed soon without too much pain.
