So I ordered a bolt. Filtered it by what would fit for my car and all. I was emailed days later that it was not the right fit, and it was still being sent out. Had to contact them multiple times for a refund of the wrong part that they had listed as fitting my car. Never got follow up email just silence for about a week now. Still waiting on a refund. Being forced to talk to AI chatbots.

Terrible - never received part and no response to any of my inquiries

Parts were identical to the parts I removed so they fit perfectly and I have confidence they will last at least as long as the door actuators I'm replacing. I appreciated that GM Parts Direct emailed me to tell me that I had ordered the wrong part for one of the doors, and corrected my order becore sending the three door lock actuators I needed. Removal and Installation was a breeze and they work great. Will order parts again from these guys any time I need them and would never consider using aftermarket parts to save a few bucks.

Items were packed neatly. And process was smooth overall.

A surprise $68. 71 bill at O'Reilly for a connector for a replacement part from GM that was advertised fit my model even with the VIN given did not, hurts. Please credit my credit card for $68. 71.

Most horrible bunch of people I ever dealt with don't get nothing right won't to argue about this and that and then ship you the wrong parts and then try to blame it on you
