Overall dissatisfied. Especially with communication. Never recieved a single confirmation email regarding my order or after a live chat interaction. Live chat support was the only line of communication, however every interaction ended in false hope.

I placed an order for my parts and didn’t find out until a week or two later that nothing had been processed for delivery because Jason was out of the office due to the weather. I find it hard to believe that only one person handles orders, especially when there should be multiple staff members reviewing and pushing orders through. This delay caused me to pay additional fees for my vehicle maintenance. On top of that, I was later told that the parts I originally ordered were incorrect, and the correct parts would take another 48 hours to arrive because they weren’t in stock. This created even more delays and additional costs for me. Overall, the company did not uphold its shipping policy, and the entire experience has been frustrating and costly. I won’t be ordering from this company again.

Never again, delayed shipping, 3-5 days to have parts in hand is a lie, no communication after having to ask the online chat where my parts were. . . I thought this was an actual scam. Find one of the other 500 companies that sell parts. . . customer service is not their bag.
