BAIT AND SWITCH! Placed an order for an in stock part. GM Credit Card marked as fraud should have been a warning. I approved anyway. After almost a week it was not shipped but was assured it would be shipped in a few days after coming from local warehouse. Then got an email saying they made a mistake and wanted an additional $225 for the part. Customer service is terrible. I have a receipt for the original purchase they REFUSE TO HONOR and they cancelled my order.

Parts were delivered quickly and they doubled checked with me that I had the correct part #s before charging me and shipping. Very good service.

I'm glad GM has the Quality Parts to repair my Ride, but the parts are not expensive but the shipping is slow and the rates are very high. If this would be fixed I would give % star review

First time using and was pretty easy! Part arrived, installed and no issues thus far.

Shipping was fast and the items were wrapped securely.

Product was described as a set of 5. Placed order count according to description. Instead of receiving the proper count, I was sent an individual count instead. To make matters worse, customer service is non existent. weeks later and I still have had no contact from any representative after over paying and receiving only a partial order. Spend your money elsewhere.

Like I said put the rears on today fit great thanks a bunch I'll get the fronts done tomorrow
