I have repeatly tried at different times to call the the number listed on my invoice for customer service no answer. I have a shop and time is very limited and then chat option Carl Kox is a waste of time can't answer one simple question.

Easy to order and AMAZING customer service. I ordered from the system specs and was later contacted by a representative that informed me that my vin matched another key part instead and let me know so I could adjust the order. They helped me get the right part! I did not expect this, but really appreciated it. I got the key programmed and it worked like a charm.
