This particular part I ordered seemed to be stuck in “Ready To Ship” status for days, not the 24-48 hours that the chatbot and customer service rep told me. They could not explain why, or tell me when it would actually ship. Once it shipped, the part arrived quickly.

Was not informed the part needed was on national back order. Once i learned of the situation tried to cancel only to be told there would be a 35% restoking fee on a part that wasn't available

Slow, tracking still shows "shipping label prepared" and you asked for a Shipping address and mailed it USPS. That means you wanted a mailing address. There is a distinct difference! Fortunately, I live in a small town, and the P O held the package even though it did not have a P O address!
