Quick shipping correct order

Die Kaufabwicklung war okay. Der Versand war hingegen teurer als die Ware. Die Lieferung selbst lief reibungslos. Nur leider passt der Kabelbaum für die hintere linke Tür nicht. Die letzten drei Anschlussstecker sind am Kabel befestigt, welches 15 cm zu kurz ist. Damit ist der Kabelbaum Schrott. Ich verstehe nicht wie sowas die Qualitätssicherung durchlaufen konnte.

After confirming online, via text, and email that a specific part would work on my vehicle, I placed an order for a camera system. THEY shipped the incorrect part. I contacted them immediately by text, email, and left voicemails at their corporate office to initiate the return process and to have the correct part shipped. After a WEEK of waiting, I have received no communications from them to resolve THEIR ERROR. If I could give them ZERO STARS, I would. Since that is not an option, I will post my experience online.
