Shipping cost are outrages, ordered a windshield cowling and was charged in excessive of $100 for shipping. For reference my entire front end of my truck control arms and new differential from rock auto was only $100 for everything shipped.

Been waiting almost 3 weeks to get a simple clamp. I’ve emailed, called, and text the customer service number. No updates. Finally got a tracking yesterday. Will not use again

Jason was a huge help figuring out the part # needed for my truck. He was prompt, professional, and most importantly, accurate with assisting me with ordering this part for my truck. This is the 2nd order where Jason has helped me but I accidentally credited "Josh" instead of Jason on my last review. With this being a 2nd order, obviously I'm coming back to you with my business because of Jason. He is the man!

I am sure you will not leave this up, it’s the only way you could not be a one star business. Terrible customer service, with processing so slow you cannot wait for the part and you have to buy elsewhere.

Parts are delivered within a reasonable time at a typical fair market shipping cost.

I normally have liked GMPartsDirecg but this time it took 12 days(5 days to Flow, 2 days for Flow to email "shipped", the Winston Salem post office said "Awaiting Item" for 3 days, 2 more days to arrive) to get a gasket, unacceptable! Might I suggest a name change to "GM PartsInDirect", certainly wasn't Direct.

Shipped quickly, fit and finish same as orifinal.

I could not wait for that long to get my part I went and had it fix. I ordered the part on August 12. And I received it on August 25 and I tried to call the phone number and complain, but nobody would answer so now I don’t need the part and I’m stuck with it.

As long as you make sure you order the correct part number, it’s a no-brainer ordering from them

The license holder was correct, but it came with no attachment hardware, so I had to spend an additional $20 to be able to install it.
