Ordered a TPMS sensor on 11/28. . . sent a message on 12/2. . . no response. Received email confirming order on 12/3. Emailed customer service on 12/3 asking where the part was. . . no response. Chatted with Luisa on 12/4 and she said the part was shipped ETA 12/10. NO tracking. . . No answer as to where it was coming from other than "you will receive an email"
Missing EV cable, IGN-3F module and mounting bracket for front camera. Does anyone really read your emails? Donโt look like it. Customer service sucks. Phone number message is full.
Ordering was easy and shipping was quick. No invoice was included in the box. This is where my dissatisfaction starts. My part, a headlight, is a core so it needs to be mailed back. No core return information was included but I was able to get the instructions through the website chat. The instructions require that i enclose a copy of the invoice which i never received either through email or included in the package. 4 days ago I started sending requests for an invoice. I chatted with them through the website 2 times since and they tell me they forwarded my request. Day 5 and I still have not received the invoice. As long as you don't expect to get your core money back, the ordering and shipping were great. Their customer service on the other hand could use a lot of work!!!

I saved money, parts were available, parts arrived as stated well packaged and not damaged. The right parts. Well pleased and will definitely purchase needed parts again.
Great service and part worked perfectly
Parts were correct, packaged nicely, and shipped quickly. But these new "OEM" headlamps with the GM stamp are made in China and don't mount correctly. One of the mounting holes was mis-drilled. The fit is worse than my older aftermarket set.
Excellent response to wrong part ordered
I ordered an hid ballast and igniter for my car. The order said it would arrive 5 days later. It was a special order part. I paid $65 for overnight shipping. I was leaving on a cross country trip 8 days after I ordered the parts leaving me 3 days to get everything installed before I left. More than enough time except, the parts arrived 7 days after I ordered them instead of 5. Customer service SUCKS. You canโt call, you can only email or text and they donโt respond for a day or so. Two stars because at least the parts were correct when they arrived but I will never order from FLOW again. Thanks anyway.
