Good service, quick turn around

I received the wrong package from UPS. It was 3 blankets in a Kohl's bag with my label on the bag. I had to call, send pictures etc. of the mishap. It costs me $40. 00 to send the blankets to the right person.

Parts shipped right away and order status was provided thoroughly.

The parts arrived in a fairly timely manner, and they were well packaged. The main part I ordered was the correct size, but the band clamp to hold it on was not. Luckily, I was able to reuse the old band clamp, so it all worked out fine.

Great customer service. Glitz in my original order but corrected quickly and my order was filled. Like that my part was replaced by my VIN for correct fit. Would order from them again.

Poor communication , cannot call . Had to call the local dealership to find out the only way to get info on order was to text

Check engine light is out! OEM is the way to go when the price is competitive with the other auto parts stores
