Ordered the right parts and the right parts came in that I ordered

I bought spark plugs for my CTS-V. It took a week before they even shipped, and two weeks later I still don’t have them! If I planned to wait a month to get these, I could have purchased them from almost any other retailer. I won’t be ordering anything from GM Parts Direct again.

Yes, I read the reviews for GM Parts Direct, and I admit that I was a little hesitant. However, I had already experienced several excellent interactions with their customer-service team through live chat (not an AI chatbot). Before I even placed my order, the team provided outstanding pre-sale support and helped me select the right option for my vehicle. Their knowledge and responsiveness gave me the confidence to move forward. I am glad I did because the entire process went very smoothly. After placing my order, I promptly received confirmation, status updates, and shipping notifications. When I contacted them a few days later about the anticipated shipping date, I received a helpful response within a few hours that included an accurate update. My special-order parts arrived earlier than expected. I have not installed it yet, but everything looks great. Based on my experience, GM Parts Direct provided excellent service before, during, and after the sale. I would definitely order from them again.

The process was a little bit confusing. There was a part that was back ordered and instead of ordering all the parts they did have the order was put on hold. I had to go back in and re-verify everything which pushed back the anticipated delivery date/time. Overall the experience was pretty good

I have a 2019 Tahoe that is missing some interior pieces. They had them! Will purchase from them again.

Horrible experience… no expected shipping at purchase turns out it was 2 weeks… informed them to cancel the order 3 days prior to shipping and the still shipped and charged full price… I’ll never use them again

I haven’t received the part yet. If someone would follow up with me besides your useless online chat system maybe we could rectify what’s going on.
