Not good

The absolute worst customer service I have experienced a long time. An order has not been fulfilled for two weeks, which I understand happens. I just want to cancel the order. I have now been waiting four days for a response. Yesterday chat says that they only offer support through chat or email, however today they sent a customer service number which only rings, sends you to full voicemail box and hangs-up! Where is the personal service to perform a simple cancelation!

To whom it may concern. Although I am happy you had the parts or what I was looking for. But I am very displeased that it literally cost me almost the same price of the part just to get the part delivered. I found it unbelievable it costed me $30 for shipping for something that maybe weighed an ounce or two. But I was pretty much over a barrel because nobody else had those particular clips that I was looking for at least with all the research I tried. So I thank you for having the park, but I am extremely unhappy on how much it cost to get it delivered. Sincerely, Steve Dea

These guys did very well! The pricing I received was amazing for a genuine Chevrolet product. They shipped the next day after I ordered--no delays. What more could a customer ask for? I'll be back when I need more parts for my Corvette! Thanks, guys!

order placed . . 2 weeks later . . Still lists in progress. . multiple emails, chats. . 0 replies outside of automated responses of we will get back to you. All i would like to know if if the order is actually being processed or is it lost somewhere. I have gotten great products in the past, but seems customer support has went down the tubes. If things go well, your golden. . . Run into a problem and need to talk with someone . . your up that well known brown creek it seems.

Order took longer than expected but ordered items were correct and well packaged

The product was shipped safely and accurately. I know there was a single sheet of paper suggesting that installation instructions could be found on the car manufacturer's website but this did not prove to be true. I was able to figure it out but a page of instructions would have gone a long way to speeding this installation along.

GM Parts Direct did a great job getting what I needed to repair the truck I was working on with OE parts at less than my local dealer. I have them bookmarked and will use them again. Kudos to the staff!

The order was cancelled and still shipped! I cancelled the order through their support ticket website and had to call parts department when I received an email that it had shipped. I was told they don't use that system to resolve issues but they were able to grab the order before it was picked up. Not happy I was charged a 35% restocking fee

It was easy to order the part and the communication was great. Knew when my part was coming. Fit perfectly and works great.

Parts ordered and arrived within a week. Shipping a little costly, but still paid less than getting from local dealer.

OEM parts, perfect fit but decided to use a magnetic drain plug instead. . I'll keep this as a spare part.
