Our Puroair was unfortunately spitting out dust instead of pulling it in. We contacted Puroair customer service and explained our concern. Customer service was very responsive in a short period of time and agreed to replace our PUROAIR after we provided of course proof of purchase . Customer service was very responsive, polite and courteous. Could not be happier with their service.

Thank you to Customer Support for being immediately responsive. I had forgotten to let PuroAir know that I had moved. I had a new order and my filters on auto ship going out to the wrong address. I emailed and customers support staff immediately changed the address .

Support was phenomenal!! We have 4 air purifiers total and one of ours started to make a slight change in sound. We followed the user friendly troubleshooting steps provided and unfortunately it didn’t completely resolve the sound. They were quick to send us a replacement unit and made the entire process easy and hassle free. We absolutely love our air purifier units. I am asthmatic myself and have noticed a tremendous difference in our air quality. Highly recommend!!!!

Great service and help when I didn’t know what to even ask.
While it does appear to be helping to improve air quality for us, it continues to beep and indicate that the filter needs to be changed every time I turn it on.
Eventually everyone will get a device that ends up not functioning. No matter who the manufacturer is. Its the support you get when it happens. This was excellent.
I got the unit in April and it began to squeak when it was on. Found it to be a bad fan motor or bearing. I sent a couple emails with a short video and the representative said okay everything is good and a new purifier will be sent in a few days! No charge! Very happy with the outcome and quick answers!
