Customer service could not have been better. The 240 was little noisier than I thought it should be (probably a fan bearing). When I contacted customer support with my issue they immediately sent out a replacement unit. Communication was quick and efficient.

My condo smelled of cigarette smoke and now it is clear!!! Wonderful product!!

I have two air purifiers and I'm seeing improved air and I'm also not coughing and sneezing as much. I would highly recommend.

I had ordered a 2 pack of the air purifier. One came damaged. I emailed customer support and got a response the same day even though it was the weekend. I provided the info Belia needed to begin processing the claim and I had the new unit a week after my initial contact with the company. Belia responded promptly to my issue and questions I had. Some of the reviews on Amazon re customer support were quite unfavorable but that was not my experience. I also am very happy with the units - they are very quiet and I can see a reduction in the dust on my furniture after a short time of use.
