Great customer service! Been contacted a couple of times to make sure things are going well. So far, so good.

It does a great job and is convenient to use.

I had an issue with my battery and Sunshine promptly replied and reassured me that my issue would be solved. A few days later I received the new battery and received a follow up email to confirm my issue had been solved. For anyone in doubt about the investment, it is worth it. Thank you again for the support!

I love my Doxie Go. I have told several other people about it, and they've also bought it. Recently I was having an issue with the edges not scanning properly on some old documents. I reached out to customer support and they quickly responded and offered to send me scanning sleeves, free of charge, which worked out perfectly.
