I love my Doxie Go. I have told several other people about it, and they've also bought it. Recently I was having an issue with the edges not scanning properly on some old documents. I reached out to customer support and they quickly responded and offered to send me scanning sleeves, free of charge, which worked out perfectly.

Love my Doxie Pro. The get started tutorial was quick and helpful, software is user friendly and easy to use, customer service and experience followup has been great. Are Doxie products the cheapest? No. But they are the best and definitely worth it.
