I used to procrastinate about scanning, but Doxie makes it so easy. Very clear scans. Software and setup are a piece of cake. I didn't need customer service but I'm so impressed with how Doxie has checked in with me to make sure I'm completely satisfied.

I've had several issues with the Wi-Fi features and a number of support staff have helped me out at Doxie - they have been knowledgeable and respond quickly to my emails.

Great customer service! Been contacted a couple of times to make sure things are going well. So far, so good.

It does a great job and is convenient to use.

I had an issue with my battery and Sunshine promptly replied and reassured me that my issue would be solved. A few days later I received the new battery and received a follow up email to confirm my issue had been solved. For anyone in doubt about the investment, it is worth it. Thank you again for the support!
