The scanner has been easy to use and did a great job scanning my photos

As an old man who is not tek savvy, I appreciate that Doxie customer service was very patient as I explained the problem I was having with my older model Doxie and provided excellent advice. I had lost my power supply and you sent me a replacement and guidance about software updating too. Thanks!

Great company and products!

I used to procrastinate about scanning, but Doxie makes it so easy. Very clear scans. Software and setup are a piece of cake. I didn't need customer service but I'm so impressed with how Doxie has checked in with me to make sure I'm completely satisfied.
