My DoxieScanner has been wonderful. I use it for so many things. I love that it could scan both sides of the paper at once. It saves so much time. I've never had a paper jam and even receipts with torn corners or that have been crumbled or folded up easily scan into my folders. The software is amazing. I love the optical character recognition. It's very modernized and works better than any other program I've ever used to date. I'm so grateful for this small piece of equipment. It's very handy. I'm now using it to help my son who's working on his PhD. We have scanned all of his school documents starting with Junior college as he studied music. Got his Masters. Got his doctorate now on his PhD and he's kept a lot of his school paperwork and all of this will go into his research. Also, the people on the farm where we live have boxes and boxes full of documents, receipts and tax information and I have begun to help them scan their documents temporarily on a folder on their computer and then into the cloud. It's quick, it's easy and I can do other things while I'm scanning easy to multitask. I couldn't get many documents ready at the same time that I'm scanning.

I received prompt and effective customer service. When troubleshooting did not work, they sent me a memory card that did the trick! So thankful to be back scanning.

Very good service. I had a periodic problem with my Doxie Pro that refused to turn on. It became annoying. Doxie replaced it with a refurbished machine even though I have had the unit for over three years. Very happy support.

Had an issue with the SD card. Contacted Customer Service and they sent out a new one. Shipping was very fast and I was able continue my project with only a minor delay. New card worked great.

I lost the power cord to my Doxie scanner, which was discontinued years ago, and Doxie was kind enough to send me a replacement at no charge.
