The doxie team reached out about understanding how I use their product. I gave some feedback and made a minor quip about wishing it integrated into Paperless. To my surprise the team ended up creating a task to track it. I'm loving my small and compact Doxie Go.
I've had my Doxie Go SE for 6 or 7 years. It hasn't been used in a while, and I contacted support because the batter wasn't holding as much charge as it once did. I was shocked to be offered a 50% off code to purchase a replacement battery. Battery arrived in less than a week, and has been working great. Looking forward to another Doxie scanner when the transition happens to use USB-C.

So far I have only used the Doxie for one project, using the Memory card and transferring to my computer. I would like to copy directly to the computer, into a folder on my computer. But am not sure how. So, I have put this project off till I understand better

My boss kept borrowing my Doxie power cable to run his Doxie; so, I was able to get a new power cable from you folks, and it was an easy request: no hoops of fire to jump through! The next day, my boss' Doxie gave up the ghost; so, I ordered another from Amazon. Easy-peasy!
