I've had my Doxie Go SE for 6 or 7 years. It hasn't been used in a while, and I contacted support because the batter wasn't holding as much charge as it once did. I was shocked to be offered a 50% off code to purchase a replacement battery. Battery arrived in less than a week, and has been working great. Looking forward to another Doxie scanner when the transition happens to use USB-C.

So far I have only used the Doxie for one project, using the Memory card and transferring to my computer. I would like to copy directly to the computer, into a folder on my computer. But am not sure how. So, I have put this project off till I understand better

My boss kept borrowing my Doxie power cable to run his Doxie; so, I was able to get a new power cable from you folks, and it was an easy request: no hoops of fire to jump through! The next day, my boss' Doxie gave up the ghost; so, I ordered another from Amazon. Easy-peasy!

I am really pleased I bought this. It does exactly what I want it to do and with no fuss. I especially like that I can scan to the SD card and import to my tablet at a later date.

The Good: Doxie sent me, postage paid, a reconditioned scanner to replace my malfunctioning one. And the replacement, so far, works great. The Bad: It took several email exchanges with the customer service rep who worked with me to get my replacement scanner. And I would much rather have received a scanner that did not malfunction in the first place.

Not satisfied with the Doxie WiFi.

The Doxie Pro DX400 is an excellent scanner. Doxie's customer service is unbelievably good. The only feature I could use sometimes that this scanner does not offer would require it to be a flatbed scanner. To be sure, it also does not make and serve me a delicious breakfast, not even coffee and toast, but I suppose that would be asking too much.

Fixed my problem and I didn't have to beg to get it replaced

I'm So happy w the Doxie Pro . Looks great , works great . Happy to try to be paper free for my home files . A little disappointed w the CSR . She initially sounded Enthusiastic , but the last few messages to her have not been replied to , including my asking for reason for not being able to reply .
