Overall great experience and I will be coming back for more!

I would of given 5 stars. The only issue I had was the remote was missing and they sent a second team out to my house at 8;15pm and the kid did not know what he was doing. He pressed the remotes buttons and the chair did not respond. I said " don't you have to pair it to the chair?" He said, while looking at the batteries. " No, it's got batteries, it should work" he pressed it couple more times, nothing happened, he said it doesn't work, told me to call my sales guy in the morning and then took the remote with him. I eventually got a remote, the guy who brought it out showed me how to pair it and it works perfectly. Perhaps GW needs to have a check list for power recliners that get loaded on to delivery trucks, to make sure everything that supposed to be with the chair is present and accounted for and train your delivery guys. This would of saved alot of wasted time and money.

Delivery was right on time. The men were very polite. People at the store were very helpful.

Well i can't say much about the delivery. . got a text he would be here between 1130-1230. . wrll at 1115 i heard a truck pull up, I went to look and he had set it on my front porch and by the time I got out there he was pulling away. . now I'm 68 yrs old and that box was heavy to get into my house. Inbox it. And move it into my bedroom. . he didn't call or text me saying he was going to be early. . . which I think is poor business practices. . . now my salesman Jacob was absolutely wonderful and amazing. . you have a gem in that employee. . he is there to satisfy the customer. . . answered all my ?'s and always with a smile. . .

Shipping gentlemen were exceptional! They set up everything like they had done it their entire lives! . . . . and soooooo nice!

The sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. I love my experience at Gardner White.

The delivery was great only to get the chair that doesn’t match the sofa. Customer service then tells me the chair doesn’t come with beige piping like the sofa.
