Erin was amazing and so helpful. We came in to the store to buy a mattress for my daughter. She has hip problems and needed just the right comfort level. Erin showed us several options and explained all the comfort levels and which ones would be more comfortable and which ones would be too soft. She knew her stuff for sure. She told us that a medium mattress would be better than soft so she didn’t sink in and cause further hip issues. She had my daughter lay down and show us her sleep position so we could choose the right fit. She also went over all price levels and showed us all their sales. We tried several and had a lot of questions. Erin was polite and patient and very helpful. It was a great experience and my daughter is sleeping much better. Thanks Erin Willsmore. We will be back
