Store servce and delivery was very good. The mattress is confortable but the platform covering was very poor and coming apart.

Delivered to my home with a completely split broken front leg. Why would you spend over a $1000. to be left with a couch with a broken leg? Called right away now have to wait over a week for a service repair to have someone out again. Not acceptable customer service. Not happy at all. Defective merchandise delivered and have to accept it. Buyer beware.

Took little longer to deliver then I was told it, but otherwise satisfied with purchase

Sales person was very helpful. I was just very disappointed with the couch and love seat. I wish I could return them but I did purchase them from the clearance center.

The recliner power chairs are excellent. Customer service and delivery was excellent.
