Things definitely did not go smooth, waiting all day for furniture to show up. Then the same furniture breaking in 2 to 3 days not because of misuse just because of poor quality furniture. I I then picked out new furniture, which was delivered, once again, I waited way past the amount of time I was supposed to have had to. When delivered part of the order was wrong. This turned into yet another delivery to bring the right piece. This one went a little smoother. Overall, was not a great experience. But in the end, I did receive all the right furniture. I just wish things would’ve gone better. just a quick note, all the delivery people were very pleasant
Everything was fine except 1 thing. . my salesperson ordered for delivery a queen mattress instead of king which is what I ordered and paid for. . Fortunately I was able to call Gardner white and have the matter resolved and it was delivered the same day as the rest of my furniture. .
Customer service is nonexistent! First off it was missing parts. Second the part of the piece i received was damaged, also not the same as what I thought I purchased in the showroom
