Sales did not communicate to drivers that we had pieces to be disposed of and did not tell us there was extra cost.

This is a decent mattress, but not an exceptional one. I expected much better for a $2500+ purchase. The top layer of material is already starting to move around and bunch up too much and it's been about 2 weeks since my purchase. Customer service is lacking as well.
