The mattress we liked was not in stock. The manager was amazing, worked worth is to order it. The delivery got delayed twice, they kept us in the know though. The adjustable bed near we ordered is not the same as what we tried at the store and we were not told that it would be different. It's too high to get in and out of bed now, the legs don't go low. The mattress itself is not as firm as the one we tried either. Not sure what happened, I have not received a call back about it.

Delivery team was excellent!

We had a great existence with everyone at Gardner-White from the sales person, the cashier and the delivery people. They were all so friendly and patient with us. We highly recommend them!

EShawn was nice to work with on the showroom floor, but he fell short after that. I was very firm on ordering in stock furniture and he assured me that would happen with my large order. Upon delivery, I was informed of an item on back order and an item that was not loaded on the truck. Trying to get those items straightened out and delivered was very frustrating and each person I spoke with at GW clearly did not have a streamlined customer service model to follow.

Salesman was nice. Delivery was good. Although they tracked snow and salt in. We cleared the walkway. So I'm not sure how to prevent that. My furniture it difficult to retract the footrest. I'm not sure if it's too tight. But someone is coming out to look at it. I hope they can fix it.

Ordering it with the sales guy-no problem. But, the over 2 week waiting with no delivery date was a little nerving. When table arrived and was damaged. . not sure dropped the ball but no one ordered a new table atop until I finally got a hold of someone. A rep came and took pictures. I called the number I was supposed to and after 3 days 3 different people someone was able to tell me that it had been ordered. 4 stars cuz it’s been all around the holidays this happened.
