I would recommend Gardner White to anyone that is going to buy new furniture . I've gone to Gardner White to buy furniture for May home for over 50 years. I'm 75 and going into a senior apartment so I'll need to down size my furniture now.

I am glad I purchased this sofa. It is very comfortable and the power reclining features are wonderful. I will for sure recommend Gardner White to family and friends.

The unit is pretty, but we paid for white glove delivery and received the unit damaged and without the clips to hold the shelf up. We had to schedule another day to 'fix' the damage to the unit and 2 weeks later we are still waiting for the clips to hold the shelf. I've called twice and now they want another day of my time to deliver the clips. So not worth it.

I stepped into the Gardner White store in Canton today and was greeted with a smile by the Sales Men and Women One of the sales men found the gentleman by the name of Will that had waited on me last week. Will have me excellent service then and I received nothing less today. I also had the experience getting pricing on other items by the sales manager by the name of Stamati. He too had great people skills and gave me excellent service too. It takes a lot for me to say this but I got 100% great customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this Gardner White in the future .

Will and Stamati made sure that I had the best salesmanship experience I've ever had. From the first time I walked into the Gardner white store in Canton I never felt rushed to purchase. Will was very helpful helping me coordinate my furniture because I needed help and offered many suggestions. He was polite and let me take my time.
