Bed was set up quickly,mattress is very comfy

the table came in damaged but the men were very apologetic and customer service reached out and it was replaced quickly

Bought a new mattress and box spring from the Shelby Twp store. The salesman was very patient and knowledgeable. Delivery within 2 days and the delivery crew was great.

Went to Gardner White in Waterford looking for a new couch. Told salesman, Ron, exactly what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay. Ron listened to what we wanted and showed us a couch that we loved. He said they could deliver it today between 4 pm & 11 pm. We got free delivery for opening up a Gardner White credit card. Came home and received a text from Gardner White with link where I could track our delivery. Received a phone call from the driver that they would be here in 25 minutes and they were. The driver and his helper would very respectful of our house. All in all based on our experience, I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for furniture. Ask for Ron Torres. . . .

I was glad they took the chair back after they decided it was defective but would have been happier if I could have returned defective piece and added money for a higher quality item. The delivery guys were great and very fast, friendly and helpful.

I loved the personal service I received from the sales person to the customer service representative to the efficient delivery personnel. All went as smoothly as possible. I was kept well informed and the delivery was right on schedule. I love my new furniture!

When the chairs weren't level, they came out and fixed them.

This was a replacement couch for us and I could not be happier with this choice.

So far I love the chairs. The delivery and communication on the other hand is terrible. We were scheduled 8-12 and received to calls or text all day. I finally called at 2:30pm to be told my products would be delivered around 4 pm. Product was delivered at 430pm. We requested morning because we had an appointment at 4! The delivery guys were great and polite. I called back to the store to see where the mix up happened and it apparently happened with scheduling. No calls to us. . . . nothing!!! No reimbursement of the delivery fee for the delay! No ability to speak to a manager but thwy will put me on the list for one to call me! Just whoops sorry bout that! 1st and probably my last purchase from them!
