The Gaggia Classic Pro is a magical machine. It replaced a Breville espresso machine that was at least 50% more expensive. The Gaggia is very easy to use and my espresso shots rival our favorite spots in Italy. I love everything about this machine and the liquid paradise it creates. Great quality, stylish looks and wonderful value! Highly recommended Gaggia and the Gaggia Classic Pro!!!

OK, it’s not the most luxurious of machines and it’s a bit rattly when it makes excellent coffee! I bought it as a machine in a second home so did not want to spend a fortune. It fits that bill perfectly so it comes highly recommended if that’s what you need. My wife loves the cappuccino’s I make for her!

My previous carafe broke by accident, Gaggia USA were very helpful in getting a replacement to me quickly. I can’t live without my Cappucino machine working fully. Best Cappucino machine I have every owned.

I did a little research on espresso machines prior to making my purchase on Cooks Illustrated reviews section. This was the top rated machine, so I felt very comfortable that I was making a good purchase. This machine is a dream! It is easy to use and makes a delicious latte! I would highly recommend. The best price for this machine is directly through the Gaggia website!

Replacement for my original carafe that had a broken plastic spout cover. While it looks the same, it just doesn’t seem to connect to the machine like the old one. Even though it clicks in place, I have to wiggle it around and sometimes hold it in place for the machine to recognize it.

We love our new machine. It is well made, easy to use and makes smooth delicious Expresso.

Got my replacement part which was easy to find online and shipped quickly.

Easy setup, easy 1-button espresso, and the best frothing result I’ve had a from any machine in several years. All that, and a reasonable price. What’s not to love?

Works well so far. Easy to use. Was able to grind coffee to the necessary granularity at our grocery store easily without any additional equipment. The pressurized basket works well for coarser grinds. The construction appears very solid.

Exactly what we needed, is the same as the original one included with the espresso maker.
