After purchasing a generic gasket which did not fit the classic Gaggia, the Gaggia original gasket did the job. However the cost and more than $8 to ship a few grams of synthetic material seemed excessive.

I am loving my Gaggia Cadorna Prestige! It is so easy and tastes so good!

Gaggia made it easy .... This is how easy ... touch the On button, press your Favorites button, press the coffee drink of your choice, press the Start button .... that’s it! The touch screen set-up is intuitive, the milk dispenser is ingenious, just fill the machine with beans and water and you’re set .... The machine rinses itself as needed ... It couldn’t be any easier ... By the way, the Gaggia Cadorna Prestige produces great coffee too.

Easy to set up and use. Like how compact it is. So far being used everyday. Consistent coffee. Takes a few times to adjust the settings, grind and aroma, to your liking but is easy enough to adjust. Once you find what you like no more adjustments needed. Easy to clean. My parents have a different brand espresso machine and we find this one a lot quieter. It also does not leave grinds at the bottom of the cup like theirs does. Great purchase and would recommend. Enjoying this machine so far!

Espresso is very good and machine easy to maintain.

It was so easy to call Gaggia to ask questions about the different models. The machine came packed I very well and the price was cheaper than other places I found online. It was simple to setup and use. The instructions were easy to follow and the espresso is delicious.

We waited and debated purchasing a super automatic for a number of years. While it's an sizable expense, we finally decided life is too short to drink average coffee. This machine has exceeded our expectations and we are thrilled with everything about!

Well worth the money!!! Should have bought one sooner. Don’t even think about how much you have spent at Starbucks and it’s not even as good as the gaggia. Use aqua pana water from the homeland. Believe that is what the machine is designed for. Nothing like it!

The coffee maker is very adjustable. The delivery was very fast. I think this machine is a real value.

Besides making all of our favorite brews with just the push of a button, we particularly like the fact that the machine cleans itself at every step of the way - before and after dispensing a frothy milk and before the milk carafe is removed as well as rinsing the brewing unit. Our only complaint is that when the rather large water filter is inserted into the water tank, there is relatively little room left for the water making refills of the tank too frequent.
