Works great and very convenient

A wonderful little machine. My in-laws have one from the early 1980s, and the update is even easier to use.

According to the manual, I should have received a brush which wwas missing.

They managed to get this sent out so quickly and arrived in plenty of time to surprise my daughter at Christmas! So grateful and she is ecstatically making lattes, etc. and perfecting her barista skills. Merci beaucoup!

The machines are excellent and there's plenty of videos and reviews, but their customer service was excellent, no question. They took the care to phone me and double check the discrepancy between my billing and shipping address, since I was sending the machine as a gift to someone in another country and the address is I given was a bit janky. I also had to email them some shipping/delivery question after one failed attempt and they promptly responded. They didn't tell me to contact the courier, making my concern the problem of another company, and they emailed me upon delivery. That level of consideration isn't really expected anymore when purchasing things online, and it reminded me what it looks like when a company takes pride in their product and values their customers.

Received my Gaggia Classic Pro quickly. Shipping was very efficient. I was impressed with the quality of the machine and the ease of set up. After using the Classic Pro a couple of weeks, I can say I’m pleased with this purchase.

For a small espresso machine, I give Gaggia a good rating thus far. I used to own a Pasquini, however, it stopped working two years post overhaul. The Pasquini is too heavy to lift considering I'm 81 yrs old, therefore, this is a good substitute.

Lost my original so the machine wouldn't work. This fixed the problem

Makes excellent coffee drinks. I switched over from a semiautomatic machine that I had for 5 years. I was worried I would lose quality of the espresso. I was wrong. My only complaint is that you cannot brew a double shot. I knew this going into the purchase - not a huge deal

The Gaggia brand is outstanding, they have been a member of my family for over 15 years with no service issues. I am pleased to give each of my children's households a Gaggia of their own to enjoy.

LOVE , love , love the Cadorna Plus. Makes REAL Barista style microfoam. Finally, I have found an automatic machine that does this. Thank you Gaggia!!!!!! Love this machine!!!

The Gaggia is Versatile and makes an excellent cup of coffee and espresso. Easy to operate.

Coffee Machine is excellent. Down side is the Coffee temperature is not on the hot side despite using the high temperature.

We have enjoyed a built in espresso machine for many years that was triple the price of this unit. We are very happy with the functionality of the Gaggia and the quality of the coffee is excellent!

So far, this machine works great. It takes time to set all the coffee settings, but once that is done the machine makes great different types of coffee. Wish the water tank was bigger.
