Typically top notch customer service and an over all great experience, The lack of quality control and failed follow through here has been absolutely disappointing. This order had exploded and leaking product that was over the top. I have come to expect a sticky pack, but there were a few blown packages and it was an absolute mess. Recovery, while no leakage, was rancid. Customer service was difficult to get ahold of and practically non responsive and didn't follow through.

I love the product so I ordered more, but never received it. The tracking has it at the USPS in Dallas. I have been sending multiple messages to the customer support email with no response and called multiple times with no answer. This is how you hurt your product and brand because there is no resolution to any problems.
