Its a great idea because our ligaments are extremely important. But i think they could add something more. I will buy it again.

Love it! I take it before my workout to get that little boost of energy. Their’s no crashing which is great!

a bit on the sweet side but tolerable esp if mixed with enough water. love the performance of the product pre during and post workouts. if you use the cap as a measuring cup and then put it back on the bottle the excess product will leak out the cap and down the bottle. the product is like glue trying to clean it off whatever surface you have the bottle sitting on. unable to cancel duplicate subscriptions but able to postpone shipment by skipping the order but this requires you to monitor your account. shipment takes a while to arrive so order ahead of time. overall bottom line is the performance - which is fantastic (besides its very sweet). product is better absorbed vs prostat which is a comparable product mostly used in the health care settings for either protein malnutrition or wound healing. the nano technology of frogfuel is absorbed quickly vs prostat.
