The worse taste ever

my workout buddy has now transitioned into my recovery, buddy… When I would work out hard, which was at least 3 to 4 times a week I would taken one or two frog fuel packs. right after , & could literally feel the difference if i didn’t have it. my husband feels the same way except he always take 2 packs . hes much bigger . . Recently, I had to have shoulder surgery unexpectedly they had to reattach my bicep. It’s been six weeks. I’ve been consistently taking my frog fuel to help with my rebuilding connective tissue … i am very happy . . i have had little to pain. . my PT can’t get over my range of motion and lack of discomfort since we started on July 3 ( which was just 17 days out from surgery. iIts now July 17 this video is from today. .

Been using Frog Fuel since 2017 while training for American Ninja Warrior TV show. Have used many, many. . . many different supplements over my athletic and military careers. Have never known anything that has impacted my physical response to, and recovery after hard training the way FF does. I have experimented (cycled) on and off of FF a number of times and found that it absolutely IS the difference in keeping my training at an "elite" level. I’ve been using Frog Fuel for 8+ years consistently. I used to always get injured competing in Jiu-Jitsu competitions before Frog Fuel. Particularly my knees/legs would always acquire some type of tear. I now also compete in Judo as well as Jiu-Jitsu and my knees/joints haven’t felt better.
