Taste is hard to describe but somewhat sweet - not much different than other training gels, etc. but i love the fact that its just collagen protein with the proper amino profile!

My spirit so far has been great. It's been on 2 months now and I know it's a complete difference in my workouts. It's very easy to consume and I trust and believe that my body is getting what it needs after a workout. Even on rest days are much needed. This stuff is genius
