I am hopeful the packets are doing as advertised but I can’t say I notice much difference

I just switched to frog fuel about 2 weeks ago and so far I can tell the difference in my joints and recovery. I am 61 and very pleased.

Nowadays I use Frog Fuel frequently in my baked protein treats. So often recipes call for maple syrup or honey. I do not like those insulin spiking things in my diet! Instead I use FF and the replacement works very well consistency and flavor wise! Liquid collagen for protein cookies bars balls HECK YEAH!
