These little pouches pack a punch really made a difference in my recoveries post workouts, I'd take a total of 3 a day one before work another after work which afterwards I'd go to the gym and one more before going to bed.

Taste isn't great, but manageable. Love what it does for pre and post workout. I'm pretty sensitive to artificial sugars. So, it would be awesome if you would create one that is flavorless!

They sent me a bottle of rancid frog fuel. Tried contacting customer service several times and nobody gets back to you. Never experienced anything like this. Don’t expect to get any help if you need it.

I don’t write reviews often, but this one is earned. I’m 43, super active, a mom, and I deal with GI issues and lactose intolerance. I was on the fence with subscripting but so glad I did. I learned that you (customer) handle's everything from skipping, changing and editing the product and arrival date,even canceling the subscription. The support system with Frog Fuel is amazing. The best thing is I trust the company even though I am not a fan of AI trying to help you with a question about the subscription because it doesn't have all the answers to the subscription (if it was processed in the date it was scheduled to be done). I contacted via email support and it was handled and my order arrived a day sooner than expected. I have frog fuel pre workout and protein powder shots in subscription and sometimes I switch to get power greens. Can't wait for the optimize recovery and see what happens with this disabled 53 year old that was over weight and now with exercise and healthy nutrition my heart is in good health and I have 18 pounds to get to 190. I started at 230 a year ago and I don't want to gain weight after I hit 190 so I have decided to lose weight the correct way without starving myself and gaining it plus more if I tried to do it the fast way. Subscription gives you more ways to save your money and time reordering and paying the same price.

The wrong items were sent with my first order, but a quick chat took care of the situation and replacements were on the way before I even had a chance to ship the wrong items back! The only thing they could improve was the overall shipping time, but I combat that by making sure I order well before I need more product.

Had a mix up on an order. They accidentally sent out 2 boxes of recovery instead of 1 box of recovery and 1 of pre-workout. I notified them of the mix up and they promptly sent out a box of pre-workout. Great customer service!!! Hard to find that these days!
