I use both the Frog Fuel Pre-Workout and Power Energized products. The Pre-workout gives me the extra fuel to get me started and keep me energized throughout my entire strength training regime. I use the Power Energized protein to aid with post workout recovery. On opposing weeks I lift heavy and double up on the Power Energized protein. Great product….

I'm not using it like many here. I learned about Frog Fuel through a cancer group where a really large number of people were touting the benefit of it. One of the biggest issues cancer patients deal with during treatment is the loss of energy and overwhelming fatigue. Since I have been using it, I have been mostly functional. (You would have to understand the level of fatigue we have to deal with to realize that "mostly" is HUGE) It doesn't make me feel shaky or any of the things the "power drinks" do. It just gives me sustained energy through the day. Good Stuff!

I have been using Frog Fuel and it has made such a difference though it’s only been a few weeks. My foot, injured a year ago, is stronger now and able to do more. It really makes a difference in building strength and recovery.

Don't like it

I am your biggest fan. Have a subscription and will do the same with the Sleep formula. AND the shirt you send me is my FAV gym shirt now. Its great material and fit.

It has helped me

It took about 7-10 days before I noticed a definite sleep improvement. I find that it works best 15-20 minutes before turning out the light. If I'm delayed an hour or more, I seem to lose most of the benefit. I fall asleep much quicker, but never feel groggy even if woken up an hour or two after taking. I also feel much better prepared for my morning workouts. Bravo Zulu Frog Fuel!

Since starting these products (pre workout, recovery, sleep+ recovery, and performance greens+ protein) my protein levels have plummeted. I tried returning the unused portion and was refused. $$$ straight down the toilet!!!
