I would say this is the first product that I've had thats liquid and protein based that hasn't upset my stomach. I use everyday after the gym and couldn't reccomend enough.

Frog fuel definitely lives up to the hype! I've relied on Frog Fuel for several years now, across all phases of training and for various endurance events, including marathon swims and century bike rides. The fuel is easy to consume (quick) and gets to work fast. A requirement in marathon swims is to never leave any garbage behind during the swim, and you must consume any fuel without leaving the water or assistance (other than having it thrown to you on a rope). The pictures attached show how I prepared Frog Fuel for a recent swim where I could easily tear the package open without leaving any garbage behind -- the top and bottom portions of the used packet remained attached to the feed rope via some duct tape and a zip tie! Frog Fuel allows me to quickly consume the necessary nourishment without stomach upset or messy residues in my mouth. The energy gets into my body fast. I've used both the pre- and post-fuels with great success.

I took the pre workout before my hour long 2 mile swim this morning and it was an instant game changer. I work in petroleum. Sometimes I don't have a lot of time to eat or drink a lot of water. I used to cramp bad in the middle of the night. FIXED. I recommend the energized recovery. It has 15g protein, aminos, caffeine and a small amount of potassium.
