I already have a subscription for Frog Fuel Daily Recovery Protein and love it. It’s convenient, with no mixing. One of my orders was supposed to have a sample of performance greens. When asked for a review, I contacted customer service and let them know I didn’t receive the sample. They sent me a whole bag for free to try. How cool is that? Tried the performance greens and I really like it a lot. It mixes well, has a pretty good taste and contains a whole lot of good stuff. I just added performance greens to my monthly subscription. This product has proved to promote muscle recovery better than any protein supplements. I have been using it for a few years now and it is a stable in my training routine. The power greens have also become a consistent addition to my diet and I love the benefits it provides.

These products all work as described or better! The energized versions are very strong. The energized pre workout (When riding MX) works well but for less aggressive rides its a bit jittery. I find the pre-workout version is perfect for almost all situations, RIP N SIP!!! The original version is perfect for daily use and recovery!!! Very happy with the products!!!

These are absolutely perfect. I bring one to the gym and as soon as I’m done with my workout I take it. The protein pouches are so easy in the stomach and a very nice way to get digestible protein quickly. Highly recommend.

I was put on monjouro for diabetes control and it also acts as GlP-1 and heard all the horror stories of people lossing muscle mass. I'm older, 68, and I don't want to loss what I got left so I have been taking once in the morning at start of my day to increase my protein intake. I do dumbell exercises in the morning and evening and walk alot during the day, constructing solar farms and Recovery Protein shot seems to be working. Just order my second box.

I like it and it seems to be healing my shoulder. I’m doing a bunch of work on my shoulder and taking this and it is helping. I don’t know if it is because of this or the work.

Product has fake sweetener and is unhealthy. It’s terrible.

Returned an unopened package almost two weeks, no refund, no one is answering the phone or emails. I’m out like 40 bucks with nothing to show for it. Terrible company, highly don’t recommend to use.

Don’t understand the negative reviews. Received my sample mixed with twelve ounces of water in a shaker bottle. Completely mixed! No grit or clumps, smooth pour. Taste is an acquired one, but not bad. No intestinal problems whatsoever. Felt energized right away. I believe this is a great product. Far superior to other green drinks I have tried. Hands down the best! And using stevia is far superior to “sugar” better for the body….

In 1 week of taking pre work out I could see the change the first time I took it I could feel the change but seeing is believing for me it has put a big impact on my work outs and keeps me driving right on through heavy lifting and long runs lifting more and longer and running faster and longer each week, thank you
