By far the best pre-workout that I’ve tried. My dad introduced me years ago and it’s still my favorite. Having both the caffeinated and non-caffeinated option is great. I also love the recovery protein. Such an easy way to get protein in quick, especially if I can’t eat right after my workout.

These small protein packs are super convenient, travel-ready, and extremely easy on the stomach!! They were a little bit of an acquired taste for me initially, but I adjusted after about a week or two. (I am very picky!) I love that I can grab 1-2 of these in a snap before a workout or after dinner if I notice I have not met my protein intake for the day. These protein packs are made in the USA by our precious Veterans, so it can’t get any better than this to buy an incredible product from a reputable company built by military service men and women!! :)

I'm recovering from an illness, and eating protein like it's my job. Some of my protein sources are for pleasure, like a well prepared piece of fish. This is not it. What it is, is a quick and efficient way to get myself to 145g when i'm lagging behind. The taste is fine, the portion is tiny and it does the job. It's my second time re-buying and i'll continue.
