With the exception of the flavor, I have noticed my joints feeling a little less painful. No digestive issues. The flavor is not the best, but I actually didn’t get Frog Fuel for the taste.

I really like the fact you can get it in 1oz packages to take anywhere, plus the fact that it’s a great amount of protein for the how little you ingest. I also find it ver satiating. However, the one thing that will keep me from buying in the future is the horrible taste. I really hope I can acclimate to the taste because it’s the only thing I dislike about the product.
