It has helped me

It took about 7-10 days before I noticed a definite sleep improvement. I find that it works best 15-20 minutes before turning out the light. If I'm delayed an hour or more, I seem to lose most of the benefit. I fall asleep much quicker, but never feel groggy even if woken up an hour or two after taking. I also feel much better prepared for my morning workouts. Bravo Zulu Frog Fuel!

Been using Frog Fuel since 2017 while training for American Ninja Warrior TV show. Have used many, many. . . many different supplements over my athletic and military careers. Have never known anything that has impacted my physical response to, and recovery after hard training the way FF does. I have experimented (cycled) on and off of FF a number of times and found that it absolutely IS the difference in keeping my training at an "elite" level. Now in my 60s, and having completed 15 Ironman triathlons (and 300+ other tri, running and obstacle races over 25 years), been a World Champion Obstacle Course racer and now the Americas Champion at HYROX, I can be very confident when I say "This stuff works!". . . for me!

I’ve been using Frog Fuel for 8+ years consistently. I used to always get injured competing in Jiu-Jitsu competitions before Frog Fuel.
