States in their policy that there is no charge until they are sure dress will be able to be delivered by the date you specify. Payment was taken and dress was two days past the date needed.. Awful

I had my appointment yesterday with Amanda. It was an amazing experience. I wasn't looking forward to this task because I've tried on many dresses locally and online with no luck. So my expectations were grim. BUT Amanda made this task fun and easy. She was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with her preparation and feedback. I found my dress and it is perfect!! Best perk is they don’t charge your card unless they are sure your item will be delivered by your wear date. If you intend to have alterations done I would put your wear date 2-3 weeks early to assure you have time.

We are VERY pleased with the dress we reviewed. I got a little impatient waiting on it to ship, but once shipped we received it in just a few days. It's just as beautiful as the pictures. My daughter can't WAIT to wear it to an event! She even said it's comfortable. It was a little long. She is 5 ft plus 6 inch heels for reference, but we can get it hemmed.
