I 1000% recommend ordering from this company. The dress I wanted was on back order and I received a phone call to sort out shipping dates. When I couldn’t find the tracking information, I emailed and got a response within 24 hours.

This is the first time buying a dress for such an important occasion in my life, and the truth is that I am satisfied with the dress arrived and the size and the spectacular details, the truth is that the contact with the store was sincere and direct, I was afraid that it would not arrive on time because the country where I am is quite far away but I was surprised how fast everything went and I calm down already have everything ready 10/10!!

I live in CA and found my dress in a local bridal shop, but in Ca it was marked up by $300. I shopped online and found this salon had a much cheaper price for the same dress. I called and Matthew was absolutely professional, thoughtful and assured me that I would get the dress on time and even made sure he added that a signature had to be given when delivered so that the shipping went off without an issue. I have had an excellent experience. I can't rave about this experience, Matthew and salon enough. You in Fl are very blessed to have this bridal salon!!! I wish I could give them more stars.

They have excellent customer service because I had accidentally ordered the wrong color dress and they were so helpful. They let me send it back and they sent me the right one. I would give them 6 stars if I could because this was a painless experience and they were so helpful with everything.

My daughter had found this dress and was dead set on it being her homecoming dress. French Novelty was the only store in the whole country that carried it in the right color and size! I called, got it ordered, and had it within 4 days! Best experience ever!

My daughter wore this dress to homecoming and it was absolutely stunning! She got so many compliments. It runs a bit small so I would suggest sizing up. Customer service was great as well. The dress was going to be delivered only a few days before we needed it so they helped me to upgrade my shipping after the order was placed.
