My daughter in law had a MOG dress that she had been eyeing that she saw on a TikTok. It was a Dessy dress. Blue and champagne floral, the perfect dress that fit her color palette for the wedding. I was hesitant to order online-so afraid of ordering the wrong size. So, I made several trips to many different stores to find out what style and size worked for me. After trying on about 15 dresses and actually purchasing one, we decided it was not the right MOG dress. I returned the dress I purchased. I read so many positive reviews on French Novelty and finding out they had the exact Dessy dress on their website for cheaper than The Dessy Group, I decided to email French Novelty about this dress. After trying on so many dresses that just didn’t work, and because I knew this was the dress that my daughter in law loved from the very beginning, I chose to simply order it online from them. Matthew was so very helpful in assisting me to choose the correct size. Each time I emailed him with questions, he responded immediately and made the ordering process was super easy. This dress was not in stock and was a made to order dress, so I anticipated a few weeks for production and delivery. I placed my order on January 5 and received my dress on February 18-sooner than expected. With the help of Matthew assisting me with my measurements, the dress came in and fits perfectly! The customer service from French Novelty is amazing! I absolutely love my dress! Go check them out before running all over town like I did. They are very experienced in helping with sizing and they have affordable dresses & with so many beautiful selections. I would definitely consider purchasing from them again in the future and will highly recommend to family and friends for all dress occasions.

I was hesitant to purchase a prom dress from a store over 1000 miles away, but they ordered what we needed and it arrived quickly with no issues. Everyone I talked to was fantastic!

The dress I ordered was shipped with complete care. It was delivered in the timeframe as promised. It fits true to size as stated in the size chart. I spoke with a customer service representative before ordering and was properly advised with my concerns about ordering from out of state. Fits perfectly. I was upset with the fact that the size i order was not available i had to size up, until I received the dress is see that I dont know my size and the dress fit perfectly like I glove 😅. Hope it fit for the wedding New Year

I ordered an Alfred Sung dress and unfortunately it did not fit. Although I was unhappy with the restocking fee, the customer service was prompt and sent me the directions for the return. I received my refund quickly. Overall, it was a good experience. Nothing tops good customer service.

The staff is absolutely amazing. I called a few times and spoke with Matthew and Neesh (I apologize if I misspelled the names); they were always so kind, patient and so helpful in answering my questions. I ordered from them because their customer service is superb, and I would not hesitate shopping through their site again. We had a phenomenal experience with stunning selection today of Morher of the groom dresses. There were so many and a great sale, so I purchased more than one dress! Neesha provided exceptional service for about 2 hours, and we were walk-ins near closing time. We cannot say enough about how exceptional everything was !
