I got my package quickly. It was neatly packaged. I ordered my oldest daughter a dress from French Novelty in 2008 or 09. It was a Wow by Jonathan Kayne. We still have it. It is still beautiful. I wish we lived close enough to visit the store.

My daughter waited till the last minute to decide on a prom dress, and of course it was sold out everywhere. We found an alternate and the best price was at French novelty. I reached out to confirm availability and they were very prompt and responding. Unfortunately, the color was out of stock, however they suggested an alternate color confirmed availability, and had it shipped to me within days. Customer Service 10 out of 10.

The Manager, Neesh, went over, above and BEYOND her job description to make sure that my daughter and I had a perfect experience with purchasing her dress. We purchased a Cinderella Divine dress, and I will tell you that this dress is more beautiful than even a gorgeous wedding dress. It was a prom dress. It has many rhinestones and it looks like it costs thousands of dollars. When the dress arrived, I went to pick the box up, and I hurt my wrist because I didn't know that the box would be so heavy.
