My daughter waited till the last minute to decide on a prom dress, and of course it was sold out everywhere. We found an alternate and the best price was at French novelty. I reached out to confirm availability and they were very prompt and responding. Unfortunately, the color was out of stock, however they suggested an alternate color confirmed availability, and had it shipped to me within days. Customer Service 10 out of 10.

We purchased a Cinderella Divine dress, and I will tell you that this dress is more beautiful than even a gorgeous wedding dress. It was a prom dress. It has many rhinestones and it looks like it costs thousands of dollars. When the dress arrived, I went to pick the box up, and I hurt my wrist because I didn't know that the box would be so heavy. This designer is top notch, and the quality of the dress is breathtaking. The dressed was shipped to Michigan, in perfect condition! Thank you Neesh! You were definitely a GOD-SEND!
