My roommate loves your products. Sadly, I think $42 dollars for it is ridiculous. It's funny you ask for a product review. When the last request I received from your company whent to an unmonitored email. And was then told to contact the Australian branch of your company. I believe you have an over engineered product. That generates a mountain of cash and a large amount of waste, in a world whares costs and resources need to be reduced.

Was a good replacement lid. Original lid came without the rubber seal to stop it leaking. Would have been more environmentally friendly to have the seals replacable than to have to replace the whole lid.

HATE the lid. . . . not nice to sip from. . also cant tell the difference of ceramic coating tbh. . . and i am a very fussy coffee drinker. . waste of money in my opinion. . . get glass except then its not insulated meh. . the quest continues. . .
