Bought it at Xmas and it leaks from the lid. Not happy.

I still haven’t received my order despite emails chasing it to see where it is to Frank Green! They haven’t even had the courtesy to respond! Appalling customer service

Terrible. Takes ages to ship. When my order arrived there was no lid. I have contacted the company and no response. Very disappointing as I have been using the water bottle for years. Poor customer service.
