Product arrived in good time and the communication and information has been excellent.

Great finishing and lovely colour. The keep cool function is great, however, the lid is quite hard to take off. Would be great also if there’s an option to use a bigger straw for things like bubble tea, or fruit tea where there are bites.

Even though we’re having a bad experience with the product. I do love Frank Green as a company and the shipping was super fast.
