Previously bought a water bottle from frank green and it was amazing. I don’t know what they’ve changed but my new water bottle tastes like chemicals. I have soaked the bottle twice with vinegar and baking soda but the smell and taste is still there. Hoping one more soak will do it. But I’m very sad :( I was so excited for this bottle

Best water bottle I have ever had

I had to return my first button lid because it was leaking. There was a slight lag in response and also confusion about what product I was trying to order. It was also weird that I had to upload a photo of my lid leaking in order to receive a new one. I love the product though!

First time I ordered off frank green, my order never arrived. After waiting 3 weeks, and having to email back and forth I eventually received my order. Now after 3 months of using my frank green 1ltr bottle the lid broke and I’m waiting 2 weeks for a replacement 😩
