I am happy with my purchase. I love the beautiful colours and how we can personalize it. However, the button on the lid is a bit tricky, and I have to be extra careful to make sure I closed the lid. Not sure yet how long it keeps the temperatures. So far so good. The review link, on the other hand, is not good. It gives the rating scale and a place to write the review on the email, but that brings us to another website to do it again. Not smart.
