Very easy to install. I like the clean scent. So far I’m very pleased.

Online store experience was fine - annoyed that I couldn't purchase the latest 2/3" flapper directly. Unfortunately the flapper valve I did purchase sticks open after operating the flush, so I've had to replace that part, this time with an OEM Kohler part. So whilst I give the online purchase experience 3 or 4 stars, I give the actual Fluidmaster flapper valve itself Zero stars - waste of my time.

My do it yourself knowledge is very limited. Would have been nice to know that an adjustable wrench and screwdriver would come in handy. My tool kit is very limited.

I have had this system for a few weeks. It is keeping the bowl clean. I have tried every automatic bowl cleaner out there as well as trying to rig up my own. This is is hands down the best I've tried.

I had an issue with my order. After a short explanation, they corrected my order immediately, no questions asked.

Love the product. Although my order was missing 2 refills a quick phone call had them in the mail and arrived within 3 days. We all make mistakes but they corrected quickly. I will say I don't like the blue refills. They appear to run out very quickly (as in 2 weeks on a toilet used by 2 people who have 2 other toilets they use also. )

you were a little low on inventory and I had to order twice 2 weeks apart to get what I wanted, but it worked out.
