It cost more not because its any better but because you purchase a 2 inch and a 3 inch in one purchase container and you throw away whichever one you dont need. My toilet tank still leaks

The installation was easy and the system worked right put of the box. Time will tell hpw well it keeps my closet bowls clean.

I like the Flush and Sparkle system because it keeps the toilet tank seals from being in constant contact with chlorine which can shorten the life of the seals. I would much prefer that the refill cartridges be Reuseable, by allowing them to come apart and be refilled with the chlorine "tablets" instead of having to throw out the whole cartridge once the tablet has disolved. That seems like a much more economical and ecological solution.

Website was not too clear. I bought 5 separate Flush & Sparkle boxes. Website never said that each package had 2 sets. I have 5 toilets. Do the math. Am happy with them but it would have been nice if I knew what I was getting exactly.

Local stores only carry blue refills, hence I have to order on line for the bleach refills.

Product does not fit in my toilet tank called customer service and was told to write an email I have a kohler toilet with an inset lid and it hits the Flush and sparkle and tank won't close.
