I purchased a flush valve to replace the one in my toilet assuming it was universal. The one I purchased through their website wouldn't work. I assumed I could return it since I purchased it directly through them. WRONG. They do not take returns. So be sure you are positive your parts work or else you will be stuck with them. It is insane to me that a company today will not exchange a product that hasn't been used and will not work for your situation. I'm sure it is a good part, but I will never know and will NEVER buy from them again.

Received my 4 cartridges without any problems. We would do auto ship, but we are only at our Florida residence for 6 months.

The hose that goes between the fluidmaster holder and the fill pipe had a pinching crease in the bend which restricted the water flow. Had to heat it up and reshape it other than that everything is working like it should.

I love it! It's the easiest way to always have a clean, spotless and disinfected toilet. I refuse you use any other product.
