I bought three of your fluid master systems for the blue cartridges septic safe versions, and one of the cartridges didn't last two weeks with normal use, I'm not highly impressed so far. I thought these were rated for 3-4 months. I would hope Fluid master would make this right. With kind regards, Aaron Cohen

Great instructions and got it done even with a KOHL. Instructions and a view were simple.

I need to change it as I had inadvertently used a toilet bowl cleaning cartridge instead of a Septic Tank Cleaning Cartridge. Now the water is still purple due to some type sludge inside the dispersing housing. Hope it clears up. Otherwise, I have used this product for year without any issues. Works great on my septic and my toilet bowl.

Rude customer service. I ordered eight packs of green toilet cleaning flush and sparkle for septic, but they didn't come with a dispenser. I was forced to purchase a kit that had police dispensers only in order to get a dispenser. .

the fluid master seems to work great! I have used othe similar products that just messed up the tank. All Fluidmaster does is keep the bowl clean!

I still have not received my order. On April 13 it said my order was on it's way. You are checking into it but that does not change that my order is still not here. Waiting impatientlty.
