My order was delivered missing several items. Fluidmaster corrected the problem and shipped the missing items quickly. Fluidmaster products are well designed, and have an excellent reputation among plumbers and contractors.

Very disappointed in your product it doesn’t last as long as your advertisement says. There are only two people in my household, and your product does not last more than two weeks. Very very disappointed.

I have emailed you - no response. I ordered 5 of your toilet cleaner starter kits, and only received one. Fix this and I will change my review. Otherwise I will start posting on social media.

after having installed the fluidmaster for 2 weeks it doesnt seem to be doing what it is supposed to do, it is installed correctly. i have the bleach unit and there are streaks from the rim. . . Im glad I didnt order 2
