I thought I was just getting cartridges for refill. But I also got 2 units to put the cartridges in. Misunderstanding

I sign up for a refill subscription and you IMMEDIATELY send me refills? That's BS. I'm not supposed to need them for 90 days

I have used my first order for about two weeks. I am still waiting for 30 days to run out to compare results to standard cleaning.

I need to change it as I had inadvertently used a toilet bowl cleaning cartridge instead of a Septic Tank Cleaning Cartridge. Now the water is still purple due to some type sludge inside the dispersing housing. Hope it clears up. Otherwise, I have used this product for year without any issues. Works great on my septic and my toilet bowl.

Rude customer service. I ordered eight packs of green toilet cleaning flush and sparkle for septic, but they didn't come with a dispenser. I was forced to purchase a kit that had police dispensers only in order to get a dispenser. .
