This is my third purchase from floor street . Their customer service support is second to none , great selection of flooring to choose from with excellent quality. I highly recommend this brilliant award winning company.

Ordered a couple of rolls of 3mm premium underlay. Found Floor Street to offer the best price for the quality option. Rolls arrived within a couple of days. The underlay is reassuringly heavy, laid underneath my engineered oak flooring. Perfect’

Good customer service Easy purchases Easy to understand Best price on the Internet I could find Professional approach

Sean was great, helped me with all my questions and was very prompt. Highly recommend!

Looked online, excellent choice and much cheaper than the stores I had visited but had a query before placing my order, the member of staff emailed back immediately and answered all my questions, placed the order , which was delivered exactly when they said with a follow up call from the driver when he was 10 minutes away. All in all, an excellent product at a great price with great customer service making the whole process easy-peasy.

I had a fantastic experience ordering from Floor Street, especially thanks to Sean. As someone with very little knowledge of flooring, I had quite a few questions before placing my order. Sean was incredibly patient, replied to all of my queries promptly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. He made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free, and I felt confident I was making the right choice because of his advice. It’s rare to receive customer service that’s this helpful and responsive, and it really made a difference to my buying experience. A big thank you to Sean for going above and beyond. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Floor Street, and I’ll definitely be back for future flooring projects. Megan

No question was ever too much trouble, and every query I had was answered promptly and professionally. Thank you, Davinda, for providing such excellent customer service. We visited floor street whilst in the area and were instantly impressed by the quality, the service and the prices. Sean was great at helping us, providing samples to take away and supporting us with measurements for our new floor.

We’re really pleased with our Jaipur carpet from Floor Street for our stairs and landing. The quality is excellent, it looks beautiful, and feels great underfoot. Delivery was quick and hassle-free, and we couldn’t be happier with our purchase. Highly recommend!

Very pleased with the look of our new floor. Excellent value

We recently installed this engineered herringbone oak flooring in our living room and couldn't be happier. The quality is excellent, it was a fantastic price compared to other options we looked at, and it has completely transformed the room. It looks stunning and feels really durable. Highly recommend!

This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I have used this company and they always exceed expectations. They are extremely helpful and a breath of fresh air.

Davinder has been amazing again, as I’ve contacted him more than 3 times regarding my floor. He’s been very patient each time, and assisted me thoroughly . Thank you again floor street/ Davinder

A flooring company you need on speed dial! I first ordered from Floor Street in 2023 for my hallway and was really impressed with their range and quality of products. I actually made a mistake with delivery details and their customer service corrected it quickly and effortlessly. Three years later, I’ve moved house to a renovation project and just ordered more flooring from here. I can’t find anywhere that matches their quality and prices!
