From start to finish this was an easy and good process. The website is clear and easy to use, very informative and accurate. The samples came very quickly, were of good size and very well priced. The main order of engineered 'Woodland Oak' was then easy to place using the on site calculator and the delivery was well-communicated (except that the underlay was on a different delivery which was a bit confusing when that wasn't mentioned and then didn't arrive on the main flooring delivery). The quality is really good, especially for the price which we thought was competitive for engineered wood flooring. It was easy enough to assemble DIY style and looks good. A great improvement. FYI side note to other customers, we were laying engineered wood flooring over tiles so we poured a levelling screed first and would highly recommend doing that to avoid dodgy areas on the new floor with grouting lines or uneven base. My only small gripe was pushing a heavily discounted sale price which then did not revert or change price at all once the promotion finished. That's a bit dishonest. But everything else was spot on. Will recommend and use again!

After recommendation, we have ordered the Morzine Oak Herringbone for our living room. The product looks amazing and easy to install, we saved £700 in the sale! We’ve also ordered a sample of Gstaad Oak for our bedroom with the order, hopefully purchasing next month. I'm getting a full new kitchen and utility fitted, and want the floor done at the same time, i left it a little late to get the flooring in, so was worried. However the sample I ordered came pretty much the next day, and then I ordered the full order which came within 2 days. During that time i had plenty of emails confirming what was happening and when, got a phone call with the time of the delivery, and the underlay I ordered was out of stock, so they upgraded it for no extra cost. . . really really good products and service, you dont really get that today, so well done to the full team and supply chain.
