I’ve just ordered my flooring so unable to comment on the quality as of yet (happy to come back and leave another review) although my brother in law has the exact same flooring we’ve ordered and it’s beautiful. However, I did want to review your customer service which is 5*! We actually turned up at the showroom on a day it was closed a while ago (we didn’t know) and accidentally disturbed one of your colleges eating his lunch. He immediately stopped eating and couldn’t have been more helpful. Most people would have turned us away as the store was actually closed, but he spent time talking through different samples and types of flooring with us. This is now the fourth time I've installed this exact flooring, and that says everything about how highly I rate it. I've recommended it to family members as well, and everyone has been impressed with the quality and appearance. I've used it in properties with both underfloor heating and standard flooring setups, and it performs brilliantly in both situations. The click system makes installation straightforward, even for DIY projects, and the herringbone pattern gives a premium, stylish finish that looks far more expensive than it is. The quality is outstanding, it's extremely hard-wearing, stands up well to everyday use, and is very easy to keep clean. The moisture resistance is another great feature, making it suitable for busy areas of the home. If you're looking for a durable, attractive, and easy-to-install laminate floor, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this one. I'll definitely be using it again in future projects.
