Previously bought LVT from another company who where the rudest ever and product was so poor quality!! Thought I'm not going back there so tried Floor Street. Quality much better the click system does not feel brittle, does not easily snap like others. Customer service top was great, whatsapp is a easy easy way to communicate! From our first contact with Floor Street we knew we’d chosen the right company to purchase our new flooring. We wanted to order during the Black Friday sale, but knew we wouldn’t receive the sample colours in time. Having contacted customer services we were able to place the order at the Black Friday sale price and wait to settle on a colour once the samples arrived. The customer service provided by floor street was quick and outstanding! Once the product arrived we quickly got down to laying the floor using the easy to follow instructions provided. The floor is great quality and has already survived two kids racing cars on it on Christmas Day and a dog running around, without a scratch in sight. Overall a great product and great service, would definitely recommend.

We had experience using floor street. They gave us lots of support with what underlay and trims to order and allowed us to select a delivery date in advance, allowing us to take advantage of the sale. With the help of the YouTube tutorial we put down 100m2 of Desert Oak flooring ourselves and have had lots of compliments! Thanks

The floor is beautiful! More than I expected and really easy to install with a very helpful how to video. I was a bit worried because we bought 50m2 but I’m going to buy more to carry on through out the rest of the house. Great quality and service!
