Great customer service from start to finish.

Great company and excellent quality flooring. Their showroom is a huge plus, showing popular options fitted in real-world room settings rather than just small sample boards. Sean was particularly helpful and made the entire process effortless. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Found just the stair runner I was looking for! Great bank holiday deal too!

Fantastic fit and colour. Would be helpful to have a colour guide on selecting matching trim and runners

Threshold plates strong with self adhesive adds confidence when in heavy foot traffic - ordered another set and looking forward to American Walnut colour

It was my first time installing the NY stair runners and I am very impressed how it turned out. With the antique brass, the stairs look very elevated and luxurious. Exactly what I want. Ordered the kit for installation to achieve “set up for success”. the colors available are gorgeous as well. I like the stair runners come in 1 piece so you don’t have to do joints and look for the pattern to match. So convenient and diy friendly. Unfortunately quite expensive.

I’ve used Floor Street now on many occasions. Each time they’ve been really helpful even when obtaining any required technical advice and support. The quality of their products is excellent. I have and will continue to recommend their products to customers and family.

Great price, easy ordering process

Friendly staff with great communication, I chose the delivery date and everything arrived perfect

Customer service at its best!

From contact to delivery, everything was perfect. Highly recommended. Delivery to Ireland again was spot on. Could not fault it. And the result. . . . . . . well see for yourself.

Picked my flooring after ordering the herringbone flooring samples which came next day then made a few adjustments to my order on whatsapp which was really helpful & was then able to choose my delivery date. They also provide a lot of helpful advice as I am installing underfloor heating and wasn't sure what flooring was most suited to this.

We will definitely us floor street again

We didn’t quite have enough so ordered next day delivery as the installation was being completed so we didn’t have to delay them coming back. Flooring looks amazing!!

I love this flooring. Beautiful colour looks really nice throughout the house.

Excellent quality, easy to order, fantastic customer service. Everyone saying where did you get that flooring from, so happy. Thank you

Team were so helpful, samples arrived quickly and delivery was arranged to meet my tight timescales which was really helpful. The quality of the product (engineered wood) is top notch and I'm very happy overall

Everything straight forward, easy to see online. Didn't order enough and the customer service I received was outstanding.

The floor is stunning and feels great, and the delivery service was excellent. Really helpful all around and would easily recommend.

Easy, maybe perfect. Would order again
