Excellent service so reliable and are available to answer any questions on the phone

A much better selection compared to other retailers, my samples and my subsequent order were delivered quickly and when I had a query the customer service time were quick to respond. Very reasonably priced too and love that the runner is reversible to expand its life!

We’ve recently ordered the Pearl Oak Herringbone flooring and we’re already so excited to see it fitted! The ordering process was simple and straightforward, and the Pearl Oak was exactly the look we’d been searching for. A special thank you to Davinder, who guided us through the whole process and made everything so easy. If it looks as beautiful in our home as it does online, it’s going to completely transform the space. Now we’re just eagerly waiting for delivery! 🤞✨

This is the second time we’ve ordered desert oak herringbone flooring (as we loved it so much in our last house) and the team were really accommodating with us collecting part of our order to start the project early!

Such a great selection of flooring, fair prices and love that you can choose your delivery date. Also, the communication from Floor Street and the delivery company is very good. Will definitely order again!

The customer service and the personal contact throughout the whole sale from Davinder was first class. We had many questions, all were quickly and honestly answered, but never once felt pressured into the sale. Overall it was a stress free process to get the floor we wanted.

Very happy with using Floor Street for our project. Engineered floor is incredibly value for money and a great product. Also used them for the adhesive. Great comms, delivery on time and good customer service. Davinder very helpful. Can't fault them. Will be back again.

Great service from Davinder, he went above and beyond to help us with our order - much appreciated thank you

The price of the stair running and the quality of the carpet is gorgeous, exactly what I have been looking for and finally feel I get to have my dream hallway and stair way

I've not received the product yet but the online shopping experience and customer support has been fantastic.

Davinder was very helpful! Called to check in after I ordered my samples to offer assistance and followed up after a few weeks to get my order placed before the end of the sale! He made the process much easier!

When choosing my new engineered wood floor, I ordered tonnes of samples from different high end companies but found it an easy decision to place my order with Floor Street. Their range and quality was by far the best and, on top of this, it was great value for money. Now planning to get hallways done in their beautiful timber too!

Ordering was so easy …. . and at a great price too!

Great price for good quality product. Very easy to use website, and helpful tool to know how much to order. Useful that a custom delivery date could be selected as well.

Floor street offered the best product and the best price. Davinder provided excellent customer service. I have just placed my second order, as I am so pleased with the product, service and smooth delivery. I will definitely recommend Floor Street.

Good choice, easy to use website and being able to select your delivery date is really good.
