A flooring company you need on speed dial! I first ordered from Floor Street in 2023 for my hallway and was really impressed with their range and quality of products. I actually made a mistake with delivery details and their customer service corrected it quickly and effortlessly. Three years later, I’ve moved house to a renovation project and just ordered more flooring from here. I can’t find anywhere that matches their quality and prices!

This is now our second order from floorstreet. We ordered the dessert oak herringbone for our lounge and kitchen almost two years ago. We love it so much we've ordered it again for the orangery. The delivery was smooth, the product is stunning. And the price is spot on.

Customer service was absolutely spot on, I accidentally ordered the wrong amount of flooring and when I emailed to say that I needed more, Sean replied to my email quickly and added on the required amount with the relevant discounts applied with no questions asked and charged my card accordingly. Little things like that are what make a company great!

We used the dessert oak laminate in herringbone and straight in our previous house and our new house. We have had the laminate in our living room for just under 2 years and it still looks brand new. Just placed an order for the whole rest of downstairs, taking use of the amazing sale. Great quality and the colour is perfect. Please don't ever stop selling it.

Just ordered some Dahlia oak herringbone engineered flooring. Davinder made the process so easy and helpful from initially choosing the right product with information concerning where the flooring is to be laid, the best way to install and storing the timber boards prior to fitting. The ability for Floor Street to store off- site until delivery is required is a really nice option too. We confirmed the exact meterage and then allowed wastage and off-cut percentage as advised by Davinder. The process was nice and easy and Davinder was very helpful without being too pushy. I cannot recommend Floor Street highly enough.

The date fixed for my delivery was Wednesday 24th June. This morning I received an e-mail informing me that my delivery window is 9am to 6pm. NOT 4 hours as originally informed. In fact WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE the delivery was made YESTERDAY AFTERNOON. I arrived home around 2pm to find the delivery driver looking for a parking space. The driver, however, was most helpful, since I had no one to assist me with the day early delivery. Thank you driver.

I attended shop and was greeted by Dav, he looked after us and showed us the variety of stock. We then spoke over the phone and he was very helpful.

Had great service from the beginning through support on instagram helping us decide which flooring met our needs the most. So easy to order as you are able to pick your delivery date when ordering. The floor is great quality and I can’t wait to see it al done

I messaged Floor street after 6pm, thinking they were closed and would get back to me the following day, although Sean got back to me straight away and helped us with what we would need for the order. We are total novices so had no clue! He was fair, quick at responding and very helpful. We placed an order straight away. The flooring market seems to be saturated and we had no idea who to buy from, so glad I contact Dean at Floor street after 6pm- thank you!!

Lovely flooring and very helpful and efficient service.

I've ordered the Dubai Deco stair runner but as my stairs are not standard size I have had to order them made to measure, Sean has been very helpful so far and has even managed to give us some extra discount! He is currently organising when the fitter can come and make the template ready to fit a couple weeks later and if all continues to go smoothly, the rating would definitely be moved up to 5 stars!
