I sent a message to their WhatsApp at 8pm on a Thursday evening expecting an automated reply, so I was really pleasantly surprised when Sean got back to me in under 45 minutes! Sean was brilliant from start to finish - super helpful, quick to answer questions, and gave great advice. Since we were unsure about matching stair risers, he recommended the best product for us, and he even arranged to split our delivery because we’re renovating in two phases and short on storage space. By 11am the next morning, we had our order placed with a fantastic deal for our entire downstairs SPC flooring, including the stairs. We can’t wait to receive our first delivery next week! The sample delivery was fast, the prices are great, and the customer service is top-notch. I’ll definitely be recommending Floor Street (and Sean!) to family and friends. 5 stars all round!

Davinder was so helpful from start to finish. He assisted me in receiving my samples, choosing my flooring style, delivery timescales, ensuring I got the best rate for my choice and advised throughout. Honestly did not feel like I was dealing with a salesperson who just wanted to make a sale. Overall had such a pleasant, personal and great experience. Highly recommend

Knowledgeable team , extremely helpful, quality products with competitive pricing .

Placed an order for some samples and within an hour DPD informed me parcel will be delivered by them.

I Bought the llle de re flooring months ago. Was really worried about the excess wastage supplied as it took me so long to get it installed through no fault of my own. Davinder who I dealt with was more than happy to help any time I rang him. Even late in the evening. Couldn’t recommend any other supplier for customer service 10 out 10. Would 100% recommend this company and Davinder to anybody. 👌

Great company & service. I have not yet laid the flooring but it does look great, all arrived in excellent condition. The communication is excellent from the moment of ordering to the delivery. Highly recommend this company

Not laid the new floor yet but excellent service with good communication & helpful staff.

Saw this flooring in my friends home and fell in love! The ordering process so quick and easy, very convenient selecting a delivery date. Not to mention how gorgeous the detail in the herringbone looks. I can’t wait for mine to arrive!

I’ve never used an online company for flooring before so rather than just checkout my basket I thought I’d give the customer service team a call with a few questions. Sean was very knowledgeable, polite and friendly, he answered my questions thoroughly and directly and succeeded in putting my mind at rest with the few niggling doubts I had. Great customer service from Sean who couldn’t have been more helpful

Customer service so far has been fantastic, Sean has been a great help and we can't wait to receive our flooring.

Fab service from this company! Competitive prices and delivery was quick. Just had it laid and it’s so lovely I’ve decided to order more for another room.

This flooring is absolutely stunning. We had this flooring for the whole of our downstairs and it is exquisite. We’ve now decided to use this in the three bedrooms upstairs. Customer service is always amazing too!

I have heard nothing but good things about this company from two other friends that recommended me. So when it came to placing an order for flooring it was a no brainer. Very excited to receive my order, thank you very much.

Really happy with the service from Floor St. Sean was very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout. Great experience overall and I’d definitely recommend them! 💛
