Extremely slow shipping! High prices on the parts I ordered, BUT at least they had what I needed!

The communication was not very good. I heard nothing for 2 weeks after I placed my order, not even a email. The person I spoke with told me it should go out Monday, still no email confirmation. After the 2nd call it was still nothing. A week later I finally got an email saying it was on the way! With computers, you sure would think an update would not take too much effort. As for the good, tonight is the 1st night of using the light, I like it!
