Although the material requested was exemplary, shipping was abysmal. Communication regarding shipping was poor, or inaccurate. Two calls were made to their shipping department, and reasons for delays were given, with promises of receipt "middle of following week", which never happened. I finally gave up trying to pin a receiving date, and the order just sort of appeared one day.

My experience with the Flagpole Store was all positive. It was easy to order and I received the item very quickly. I was going to order on Amazon, but the Flagpole had much better prices!! I will buy again from them.

Item was slightly small than what we needed

Received both item but took a month to get. Light was ship with no flag. Emailed with a response and ship out the flag out that day and received in 3-4 business days. Ordered flag and light on 1/23 . Received light on 2/15 received flag on 2/26

A $3 part with $12. 95 shipping sounds like a bad deal but I was desperate and the website said it was in stock. It took close to three weeks for the part to get to me and only after I called and was given some lame excuse for this company not getting the part out the door in a timely manner. I ask for a break on shipping $$ and was assured that would happen. NO !! Full price for slow service.

The order was placed three weeks before a major event. I was assured on the day of the order that the guidon poles were in stock and would ship the following week. A week passed and again I checked the status. Was told there was a power outage in the warehouse and delayed shipping. I was assured it would still arrive a week prior to the Governor's event. I called again six days before the event and then was advised it would ship the next day. The poles arrived the day before the event, but the spear tops were not included, and they did not arrive for another three days.

Delay in delivery of all items. Do to this cold weather prevented me from setting up the flagpole. Will have to wait for ground to thaw to install.

OUR ORDER FROM APRIL 9TH IS STILL NOT FULFILLED!

Never got a response for broken sleeves. Ended up just buying a set.

Nice website, and good shipping

I was able to find the proper grave marker with a reasonable price. ?

I was advised we would have delivery in 6-8 weeks. It actually took over 7 months to get delivery. We paid up front in full and every time I followed up, they had no information and blamed it on the anodizer.

Quick arrival

Perfectly happy with the pole, flashing and flag. Not so much with that very very dim Titan light and the utter lack of response to my other queries. I may have missed them. But, I did look and even went through my junk emails. No response. . .
